I once had a $3000 horse crippled by a wild dog and two others scarred up. City people do not understand how cruel it is to take a city pet and leave it in a scarry strange place. The trauma makes them go nuts and then farmers like Chad have to put them out of their misery to keep their farm safe. You've seen how he loves and cares for his animals. Taking the life of an animal does not come easy.
@@jangrahame4891 Yes I totally agree with you 110% And so many people do it!! So many people don’t deserve to have pets or children as far as that goes! And it is so sad that there is so many rescue places they can take any pet and babies to any hospital or fire stations instead of just dumping them to end their lives 😢😭. I love all animals but I do totally understand that Chad has got to do what he’s got to do to keep his animals and family safe 110% !!! You can definitely see what a big heart he has !!!💙🙏🏽♥️🥰
I grew up on a farm south of Chicago and never was without a few dogs that were strays dumped by city folks. Thankfully most were of the small variety. These were fancy purebreds. Very few lasted long because they hadn’t a clue how to survive farm life..
Chad the wild dog is the most dangerous to have running around your farm. I have been cornered by coyotes, usually they run the other way! This last time the was a wild dog running around with the pack of coyotes. It stood there growling at me as I was yelling for them to get off the property. My daughter thought it was taking too long for me to take the trashcan to the street. I was a little nervous when my daughter opened the door I yelled coyotes, she slammed the door shut, grabbed protection and came out another door. I had my hands full when I took the trashcan out to the street. Now I always make sure someone is either with me or I take protection. I know you can't please everyone, until they have the experience of coming into contact with a wild dog they shouldn't judge anyone period! Thank You for sharing the beautiful rainbow! Much love from our family to your family 💞
I watched so much Doss last night that I dreamed I was at Doss Farms. We were all sitting down at a big table, and Grandpa Doss poured me some orange juice. I know. I'm weird.
Me too. Been binging on them for 2days. I actually just had them show up on my RUclips account and decided to check them out. I'm still in 2023,but I'm getting there. I watch the current ones also
Hello from 🇨🇦 near Sudbury Ontario woke up this morn to -23C (-4F) not tooo bad we have at least a foot of snow so far but it's clear today, very pretty ☺️. Chad and Rae you are doing the best you can to keep all "dem animals" of yours safe and secure and Loved even if some have to leave for their betterment 👍 Keep doing what you do guys 🤗 Love You ALL🥰 and GOD'S Continual Blessings to you and the WHOLE Family ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥰
Good job getting Belle away from the other cows and Blue. I agree she is not happy, she will find her space eventually. Frosty is coming along well. You are doing a wonderful job ❤❤ Wow that rainbow and view is spectacular 🥰
Years ago we had a Gelbvieh cow named Caramel Corn, that was our meanest. We bought her at an auction and her mother was named Cracker Jack, so that's how she got her name. She was about 4-6-mos. old when we got her. Later on I never turned my back on her. She chased my husband up on the tractor and would ram our head cow Bertha who was horned. It was "fun" trying to get her calf, who had a broken leg, in the barn without some sort of catastrophe. The calf was very docile, but we kept mama separate from him until his leg healed. That was another story because the leg got infected and had to be reopened. The JOYS of cattle ranching. But, everyone made it through safe and sound. Sure do miss those cows!!! It's good that you are thinking of a better life for Belle. Sorry it didn't work out. She is beautiful. But June certainly has my RESPECT and AWE for standing up to Belle and not taking any nonsense from her. But for some reason, my "favorite" is Tipsy! And deep down, I know that Maximus feels the same way. Now I'm REALLY missing my cows!!
Oh wow. Absolutely beautiful rainbow, God created. Just another countless sign Our Savior IS Alive!! Watching over us. Thank you so very much for sharing the rainbow with us. So bright & beautiful. What a great job done getting Belle out of the big pasture away from the little babies. Blue & Frosty are both looking awesome. Raye is doing a spectacular job with Frosty. Until next time please take care, be safe & God bless 🙌 🙏 🙌 ❤❤❤❤
Love the rainbow. I capture them from my 14th floor apt everything I see one. That way when I feel down. I have that to remember who is watching over me. I'm 76 years this month and trying to live a happy life.
I loved gods promise at the end. Perfect moment to give thanks for all he has blessed the Doss family and the world with. On another note. Great that you handled the dog. I lost a baby goat, two chickens and on the fifth day, I lost my pet gobbler to a wild dog. That was that dogs last meal. Amen
Love seeing Blue nursing. Love sweet June. Funny how Sunny kicks up her heels!!! lol June is the boss! lol lol they were so ready for the hay!!! lol lol Love this sweet baby Blue!!! he is so pretty. She sure knows her name! lol All the best.
Brother please don't feel like wherever rushing you. We know you're going to do your best as soon as you can. We're just frustrated we're not there helping you. You do a great job that's why we're here.
Chad, you are kind enough to share your life with us and we appreciate it. I wouldn’t waste a second of my life worrying about what people say or think that watch your videos. Most of those people have never spent a day on a Ranch/farm working with animals. You are blessed beyond measure. Live your life and don’t worry about the knuckleheads. Peace brother.
Your son looks just like you and smart!❤God Bless Y’all! God is faithful! He will never leave us or forsake us! He keeps his promise! Greatest artist EVER!
What a wonderful and beautiful family you have. That goes for farm animals and of course humans. Love seeing both calfs. Blues eyes 👀, Frosty you pointed it out cute dots on his eyebrows. I think Bell knows she has been put in time out. Much love to all. Stay safe and warm with the freeze coming.
OMG, I laughed so hard when you talked about some females walking around like they're in shock all the time because of their tattooed eyebrows. I've seen some who are literally wearing McDonald's golden arches... 😂
Wow that was a beautiful rainbow 🌈🌈 capture Rae thanks for sharing. I can't believe a rainbow in January. Thanks Doss Family for sharing your lives with all of us 💕
Hi Chad and Rae and Adler. Adler has the prettiest blue eyes. Thanks for sharing the promise, I have not seen one in a long time. You all stay warm and safe also. The temps in my area Monday and Tuesday will be in the single digits for the high! burrrr! Love you all. Blessings
Seeing the last clip was gorgeous. Only the Lord can create such beauty. Thank you Chad for putting Bell in another pasture. I get nervous for you in the close quarters with the cows. Love watching Rae feeding Frosty. Adler is the sweetest little boy. Stay warm over the next few days.
Keep doing what you're doing about the wild dogs, they are dangerous. Love your dedication and the care you give all of your animals. God Bless you all.
Out in the area of southern Illinois, where my husband was from, we had "coy-dogs". Where dumped dogs bread with coyotes. They are very smart animals. One night we left the garage door open and found a "puppy" in the dogfood bag. Even our german shepard who thought he ran the farm, wanted no part of these animals.
Glad you have Bell's situation sorted now. That was scarry when she went for Blue. Glad she's got company and Little Donk to protect her. That double rainbow at the end was beautiful. God bless. ❤
❤ Your 100%correct of dogs running wild. Look at the dogs that have terrorized a neighborhood killed an 8yr old riding his bike, now the neighbors are speaking out on how bad these dogs were. It happened this month in Florida. Your a great farmer/rancher n best Dad keeping everyone safe.
You had one heck of a day Chad!!! Loved seeing Adler as always This is one of those videos I might have to watch again later That rainbow---what an awesome God we serve!!!!! Master of Tapestry and all things good in this earth!!! Truly Love blessings and prayer always
