The resistor, inductor, and transistor make as an oscillator circuit. Oscillator converts a DC to AC. As an AC is passed through the coil, an alternating magnetic field gets created. The alternating magnetic field induces and AC in the secondary coil (just like a transformer). The LED is connected to the secondary coil. Hence, the LED blinks. It blinks so fast that we see as if it is glowing constantly.
These RUclipsrs should also show the output waveform of the secondary coil using CRO. And he should also measure inductance, frequency, current,ripple factor, efficiency etc. And some basic idea about 2N2222 NPN transistor...It will be helpful for students.
The best part of ur video is: You are making it easy for students to understand science in a much better and practical way. Apart from theorical knowledge, This is how science should be taught at schools and college at a very low scale with no or less risk involved.

This project is fake it is called mutual induction. And it only can make happen AC current because ac current produce alternating flux that is variable. But he is using a battery that is a dc source supply and dc current does not have any variable flux ( constant) . So secondary coil don't get any change in flux in it. How this is possible?

According to law of electromagnetic induction, electric current is produced when the magnetic flux of any coil is changed with time,so as you started the experiment,the LED should glow but soon it'll be stopped and same happens when you turned off the battery, Rest is false because battery provides a constant current means no change with time and if still the LED glows means it's violating the magnetic law of induction. So if it is working in your case the it's not a battery ,it will a capacitor
Just use a diode on secondary side... For more smooth wave(D.C.) add a bridge rectifier then rc filter and a series regulator... directly you can't charge a battery bcoz it is AC supply.
