I asked you on another video where you talked about how banning abortion doesn't actually address the issues that drive to seek abortions if you would be in favor of laws restricting abortion and you replied yes. I'm curious what was your reaction to the overturn of Roe v. Wade? Were you satisfied with that decision?
The overturning of Roe v Wade just left it to the states, in my state the Pro-Choice lobby has strong control. Abortion was further protected and covered. We are called "to end abortion" which means a lot of work to support mothers and families, including an overlap of liberal progressive policies.
@@OrdinaryCatholic1 Amen! Pro-life means abortion and all life issues-immigration, ecology, racism, hunger, war, labour, child and elder care, healthcare for all. How ridiculous it sounds to limit it to one issue.
@@RedRiverMan There is a hierarchy in pro-life issues. At the top is killing the innocent, abortion and euthanasia. Everything else comes after. It is wrong to equate, eg, racism to abortion.
That is true. But at the same time, it was a step in the right direction. At least abortion is no longer enshrined as a constitutional right. There was so much anger and hostility from the media and Hollywood over the decision. @OrdinaryCatholic1
I'm voting third-party. www.solidarity-party.org/
