@Phangirl710 Im not from the UK either. Was planning on going to the summer, but how can I miss the chance of watching two of my absolute favourite artist at the same stage! :D
@DjTokenMusic I'm a little apprehensive about Russel Crowe, but I remember seeing a video of him in Rocky Horror, and he didn't completely butcher it, so I'm remaining cautiously optimistic. I personally am excited to see Sasha Baron Cohen as Thenardier.
@DjTokenMusic But as a Les Miserables fan, then you should know not to doubt Cameron Mackintosh's casting. Let's be honest, the guy knows what he's doing.
This song was the most disappointing of them all to me in the movie. Jackman just couldn't get it done. I immediately had to come him and listen to this to hear how it should be done. Ramin's version of this is my absolute favorite.
can't wait to see him next week, saw alfie in august so ramin has a pretty high benchmark to hit but i think it will be fantastic. I can't believe nobody has commented on the fact Ramin's voice croaked at 2:15 (i dont care, the performance was so good it is easily overlooked) but that is usually the type of things all these dicks who think they know shit about singing complain about yet not a single dislike, lets hope it stays that way
@@cooper6381 In what way? He was fantastic and I've seen him solo and in other venues throughout the world since. Going to see him in Funny Girl in New York soon.
@@DrinkOmally that’s really cool! Ramin is such a nice and like amazing guy. He’s one of those guys you can see an interview with and just feel like you’ve known him for years. How do you think Ramin compared to Alfie?
@@cooper6381 it's hard to make a comparison since Alfie is such an operatic singer. He looked and sounded more the part but Ramin was more compelling in the part. At the end of the day I suppose I'd much rather see Ramin from an acting stand point
The one the most beautiful things I've ever heard. He does this song so much justice! Incredible, Ramin is incredible as Valjean!
Oh, Ramin! This is glorious. His voice has gotten much stronger with this role, I love it.
I am so happy I got to see him life... it was so breathtaking.
i love that on and on, in the middle! brilliant interpretation as always :)
Love his voice. Again, Cant wait til i get to see him twice in february. Thank you for uploading
So much better than I thought he would be! Bravo!
Ramin is really amazing! Next month I'm going to London to watch him preform :)
just saw him a week ago today. Absolutely fabulous!!
I love Ramin Karimloo!
I went to Queen's Theatre to see Les Miz last night, and Ramin was brilliant and breathtaking!
@DjTokenMusic You said what I've been thinking better than I ever could. Thank you. You are truly a wonderful person.
@onedaymorex Thank you so much for posting this. Really a pleasure to listen to.
I heard JOJ in concert singing this and he became my favourite Valjean. But Ramin, you have just taken the biscuit. :)
I wasn't sure how Ramin would be as JVJ, i thought he was too young but my god, this was amazing!
ramin is perfect
I hope they make a recording of this cast...please dear god let them...

..........why all the comments about Hugh Jackman? this is a Video of Ramin Karimloo.
Have to admit I tohught Ramin might be one of these amazing phantoms and not so good JVJ but he is soo good at anything :-)
@DjTokenMusic Well Russell Crowe was a recording artist before he became an actor. But you're right, I mean it's Colm Wilkinson. How can he beat that?

Well it looks like you won't need to build a barricade at Hugh Jackman's door or Russell Crowe's door as well.
Except when he cast a Jonas Brother for the 25th Anniversary as Marius :/

I don’t know how reliable RUclips replies are after 10 years, but do you recall details of seeing Ramin?

@DjTokenMusic except Russel Crowe can sing... he's released albums and had recording contract... just saying
He is quite good, but I prefer JOJ
John Owen Jones>Ramin Karimloo
nope
he can sing, but NEVER act. he should stick to musicals where his voice at least can be appreciated
can you act? oh wait you’re a nobody shut tf up
