A few months ago I was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer - never smoked a day in my life and only found out by accident. The way he and Catherine have handled all their challenges this year is an inspiration to me. Thank you both

I saw William and Kate in Anglesey when they were coating at a church service on Easter Sunday and I was in the congregation as well and spoke to them and then I saw them walking down the street in Meni Bridge the next day as if they were not royalty and spoke to them again and they remember my wife and I from the church service

I can appreciate for them how overwhelming this must be at times and for the children, especially Louis because I have an active grandson whose 5 and I could not imagine him doing this well in this situation a year from now. Louis is 6 and did extremely well given the rapid distraction from so many people. He reminded me of my grandson when he took the Santa and ran back to dad. He was arms full and not sure. Considering the Royals are not on duty and going to church together is really a private occassion for them, its wonderful to see them greet the crowds, even if they not on duty.

That woman was really pushy. She held Princess Catherine's hand tightly and would not let go, then blocked her leaving with her left arm & pulled her in for the hug, then 'demanded' a handshake for the boy. And her friend was also grabbing at the Princess's arm. They had already just had tons of attention from Prince William and Princess Charlotte. The woman was way too 'familiar' with a stranger, never mind the strangers being actual members of the Royal family. Aggressively assertive comes to mind. She was not respecting boundaries. Nor was her friend.
I thought the same. It was uncomfortable to watch strangers expecting physical touch from another stranger. Catherine is so lovely & I certainly understand the impulse to want to shake her hand, but it was odd.
Catherine has so many lovely qualities and her parents must be so proud of her. Her children are also thriving, even in spite of two particularly difficult and challenging years. I wish them health and peace in the coming year.
