  • Cutting a repetitive pattern into some aluminium tube. I'm using a Sherline CNC rotary axis + tailstock, with an EiBotBoard to run the stepper. An AutoIt script talks to both the EiBotBoard and EzCad.
    60W JPT M7 with 112x112mm lens
    8mm x 6.6mm aluminium tube

      Hmmm now I wonder what gave you that idea! ;-) Yep, grips were one of the main reasons I took the dive in to the rotary axis.

    About laser source, how many power?

      This is a 60W JPT M7 laser source, with a 112x112mm lens. Hope that helps.

    How you generate the file?

      Rhino, export to DXF, then import into EzCad.
