A career criminal, associate of other career criminals, gets only 5 years for possession of a firearm. It should have been 10. He’ll be out in 3 or 4. A menace to society. Leniency to criminals is directly the endangement of all innocent people. Why should they have to pick of the pain down the line for some lenient judge? HIS proper place probably is prison.
