    I seriously need to read more into Galileo Galilei, I am peaty sure his entire trial was because he run into the politics of the church rather then his theories. Since Heliocentrism was proposed in ancient Greece to my knowledge as well as the spherical nature of Earth.

      yeah also there are many eastern scientists that are not mentioned at all this is only western people it seems , Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi to name just to missed genius's'sesiesss
