I enjoy your videos so much; I learn so much each time. Terrific and thank you.
My anglo was on a shelf collecting dust till I found your La Marianne video. Only now I see your tutorials! Many thanks
Thank you for the encouragement. I inherited granddads 120 year old Anglo, and melodeon. Learning slowly (Chris living in Poland)
Thanks for posting. I wish to learn, but having trouble finding tutorials. Thank you very much. all my best from Las Vegas Nevada in The USA
Thanks for these videos, Les. And I would say that if you got a better Anglo you wouldn't regret it. I play both melodeon and Anglo (though I'm desperate to get an English as well), and I find myself neglecting my melodeons because of the responsiveness of the Anglo keyboard, and despite my still preferring the sound of the melodeon in a general way. You've certainly got the knack, and I'd love to hear what you would do with a proper instrument. Cheers, and all the best.
Thank you for your kind message and words of encouragement.
It would be super awesome if you put up the 2nd half of the Irish washerwoman. I can't read music but have been able to learn a few of your other song from your videos. So thank you and keep up the good work.
Hi Jake. Actually I'm about to do a completely revised version of this with full tablature. Look out for it in September. Thanks for the kind words. Les
@@daddylongles hell yeah! Ill just work on go tell aunt roadie for now. Thanks again.
Thanks for a great lesson. looks like the buttons are organized similar to my diatonic harmonica.
The harmonica holes are organized to play a C chord on the blow first three holes ( C E G ) and a
G chord on the draw first three holes ( G B D ),
Is the Anglo concertina the same ?
Awesome! I'm a total newbie, don't even have a single squeezebox instrument, but enjoying your blogs nevertheless. Hare Krishna!
