    Doc u inspired me a lot... I suffered so much depression from the covid situation .I'm an ER USA nurse who was facing the most difficult covid days. I end up eating and sleeping after graveyard duties. I gained 40 lbs that made me depressed more. So by encountering u in RUclips made me start to my usual healthy and back to my u look good mood... I start the low carb fasting diet and dancing and stretching every single day even at work... So for 1 month I lose 14lbs na gyud and more to go...❤

    I’ve been on the carnivore diet for almost 4 months now. I lost 12 kilos Most of my pain and body aches are gone and i feel better.

    We don't know who and what to follow anymore. Different channels and doctors have different advise when in comes to food. 🤔🤪

      Iba iba ang epekto sa mga tao. Pedeng mong itry ang more meat for 1 year. See how you feel.
      Then try mo more Veggies lng 1 year.
      Or kung hindi ka sigurado. Balance diet lng.

    Hindi po masama ang karne with fats..as long as hindi sasabayan ng pagkain ng mga: rice,tinapay,biscuits,noodles,pasta, cookies,cakes,rootcrops,kalabasa, sweet fruits at hindi rin iinum ng.matatamis tulad ng softdrinks,canned/tetrapacked juice,

    Hi doc,big difference not taking rice,i have more energy and not feeling lazy...when i tried to stop eating rice,5 days palang ang laki ng difference...meat lng talaga ang the best.😊❤ thanks tlga doc for the advice,your the best! ❤

    I agree Doc. I’m carnivore for 2mos now. Kanin, tinapay, especially sugar is killing the Mitochondria because of high insulin hormone due to spiking blood sugar.

      @@drjosephinegracerojotan Doc. I lost nearly 14kg and feel much much better. People need to "eliminate" all carbs, starchy food and sugar. My BP is now at 110/70. I told my doc I'm not taking her prescribed meds anymore statin and losartan after 6mos. Instead, I am managing my own health because I realized this is all about our food intake!. Self discipline, zero carb zero sugar. My 12hr fasting glucose 80_90 from 120. I appreciate Docs like you explaining the proper diet. Unli rice, sodas will shorten life or worst make us suffer and sadly "age doesn't matter"😆

    after eating meats, my creatinine, uric acid level increased. they are high in purines which adversely affect kidneys.

    i knew it! ramdam ko din sa body ko na kahit meat eater ako, maintain ko ang aking cholesterol level. tumaas dati pero bumalik sa normal. hindi ako mahilig sa sweets pero sa salty, medyo..hehe kaya sabayan pa din ng regular exercise. thanks Doc for this..

    all meat like beef , pork. chicken., eggs , dairy products and fish are all acidic while mostly green vegetables and beans are alkaline. mainam pa rin ng balance diet .

      Fiber is not really necessary. Sometimes I eat a little veggie pang tanggal umay.

    I alwayz say I am meatarean kasi I don't like veggies. I love pork belly, beef ribs little chicken and fish.Talaga lang na mahina akong kumain.75 na ako sa December except for BP na minsan umaabot nang 160 over 100, ang usual is 115 to 130 over 70 to 84.So I will say I always eat the food I like.No depriving myself even desserts which I love. No medical issues but also, never had antibiotics in my life, no pain pills . Neocitran 2 to 3 days maybe once about every 3 yeara

      Wala pong masamang epekto kung naka Low-Carb po kayo and you're doing it the right way.
      Kung may health concerns, magpa konsulta po muna sa inyong trusted doctor or sa low-carb doctor if you wish to be guided sa LCF lifestyle.

    May napanood po ako na ibang turo sa ibang nutritionist na nag share at doctors din
    Pwede daw Kumain ng beef pero wag daw masyado madami at wag palagi kasi daw nahihirapan daw yung kidneys natin mag function kahit wala tayong sakit
    Mas maganda daw yung mas maraming gulay ang kainin

    People must eat affordable protien foods. Mas marami ang common individual living on earth. Not everybody can afford meat. Healthy foods not only meat for human.

    Well , everything in moderation when eating ... not everyone can afford meat and specialty the good grass fed beef from cows , the organic chicken and pork ... etc...ughh ...
    veggies are the best for my digestive system and it really depends which
    case you have ...

      Grass-fed is not the only option, we also buy from wet markets or groceries, whichever is available.
      This may work for us but not for you, and we respect that.

    Everybody is afraid of eating plenty of meat because they are told meat puts a strain on the kidneys, but it is ironic how people welcome loads of carbs/sugars which eventually results in type 2 diabetes which together with hypertension are the most common causes of kidney failure.

    Carnivore is your diet doc, When frying steak better to use gas burner, fried them on olive oil first and put butter for only 2min each side on High fire or better taste on charcoal grill marinated w/ barbecue rub w/o sugar; paprika, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cummin powder, garlic & onion powder, chili or Cayenne pepper & pepper. Superb!

    we need to relearn the design and capabilities of the human body, its intended nourishment, and required maintenance. the body is capable of adapting to consuming anything to get its needed nourishment but it doesn't mean it will not breakdown and age faster. what do we tend to consume mostly when we get sick? and what foods give the most diseases? we need to base our learning on the design of most things so we can get the most optimal use of them. the human body is very much part of nature and no different than most animals. it was meant to thrive on what is readily available in nature in their natural form for surely cooking implements were not created with it intentionally for its survival. and of course the state of mind is still higher in consideration for the whole body health.

    Doc. Gusto kong uminum ng gatas dahil hindi ako makatulong kapag gabi. Anong pwedeng gatas na inumin ko diabetic type 2.

    Doc, paano po kung gus2 ko magpataba ,anong diet po ba maganda? Nasa late 30's na po ako at underweight. Hindi po ako malakas kumain ng ulam karne man o gulay, mas madami ang kanin pero 2x a day, sa morning bread madalas. Hindi po ako tabain pero mabilis pumayat at madali magutom.

      Any brand will do, be sure lang that the seller/store is legit. Potassium can be from your daily food intake as well, the natural ones are always the best to take.

    Im diabetic for almost 10 years but when I watch your video regarding intermittent fasting I immediately follow the 7am to 7pm but because my stomach is still adjusting in between I eat apple and pears. Is that okay? Im just 2 days on fasting. By the way I am also on metformin and Lozartan for my high blood presure.

      out po ang apple and pears mataas carb at sugar. deadly combo sya sa mga diabetic. halos lahat ng fruits out po.. dahil sa fructose nya..

      Fruits are basically high in fructose. Instead of eating fruits, try the salt fix. Put a pinch of salt into your tongue.

    Doc experienced ko po sa pure carnivore diet with 3 days fasting every week and omad after ko mgjogging nagshort breath ako then halos black out na ako kulang nalang mag collapse then nag decide ako mag add ulit ng vegetables feel better and normal after ko mgjogging continous p rin fasting ko and omad .

    Dr rojo I tried the hi protein diet no sweets or fruits and no carbo. 5th day nahilo na ako. Should I eat a bit of fruits na? Or 3 tbsp rice per meal or per day?

      Check your electrolytes po. Make sure you put enough salt in your food and you eat enough meat during your meal time. Do not eat fruits or any high carbs or sweets. It won't help.
