I will only say stuff based on existing info in this case: So if you look back to S1 ep2 in the very beginning, you will see the scene where Rudy runs out to save Nanahoshi and her 2 friends. But in S2 Ep1, before Rudy gets reincarnated, you will hear the police in the background saying stuff like "One man (Rudeus) got hit by the truck, one high school boy was safe, and two high school students are missing". This indicates that the 2 other high school students (one is Nanahoshi) just vanished from the spot. Since we see Nanahoshi safe and sound here, we know she didn't die at the truck spot, so likely her other friend didn't too. The 2 names she showed to Rudy in this episode are the names of her 2 friends since she doesn't know where they are. She was hoping Rudy was actually one of them reincarnated. This also tells us that her friend who vanished likely also got summoned to this world, but where is he? Sylphie's anger makes sense since her parents died in the incident. She also almost died since she was just tossed out in mid-air. One thing we need to notice here, in Sylphie's eye Rudy instantly got very close to this rando girl she never talked with. They speak the same language she doesn't know, and obviously, they are keeping some secret from her that Rudy refuses to tell her. It's really not making her feel well.
And Nanahoshi said "we came from the same place" to brush off Sylphie's question, which while i don't know, but it could also make Sylphie questions it even more but instead leaning in towards a worse conclusion as to what their relationship are.

Man God already mention that he wasn't the person that Reincarnated him. He thought it was Dragon God, but by Orsted Reaction he also not the person that Reincarnated him so we still don't know. When Rudeus ask Orsted if he knows about Mana Disaster, he said he don't know. And i think that Mana Disaster is side effect of Teleporting Nanahoshi to this world she came like 5 years ago it is the time Mana Disaster happen. Oh yeah I need to mention this since Rudy here he never speak Japanese. So the person that he talk to using Japanese only Nanahoshi in this world. Oh yeah the reason why Nanahoshi know that Rudy also reincarnated or teleported its because he not affected by Orsted Cursed that made every creature in this world scared of him.

I don't think the anime mentioned Rudy being reincarnated by Mangod, Mangod just said he was observing Rudy for a while.
