It’s scary to think how old “geto” is. With that kind of experience having a technique that lets you combine and borrow hundreds of other techniques makes you immensely dangerous. He was so relaxed fighting everyone commenting on everyone’s skills and how they were using their techniques and cursed energy. He’s the other big bad aside from Sukuna
Oh yeah you can definitely tell he’s been cooking something up for centuries, I don’t think we’ve ever really even seen him surprised apart from when Geto’s soul fought back and even then it was more him getting enjoyment out of it. This is about to be the weirdest analogy but It kind of seems like we’re watching someone who’s watched gameplay videos for a choice game in advance then when they finally play the game for themselves to get that perfect ending they start making choices they know will get them to the ending even if they weren’t identical to the gameplay videos they watched in advance (Geto’s soul for example) those alternate choices result in new events they haven’t seen but those events don’t have enough weight to change the ending, the goal would be to follow the key choices accurately and experiment with the complementary choices along the way while hoping that one of those choices experimented with don’t end up being a bigger problem then initially anticipated. Idk if that made ANY sense whatsoever and I’m not even sure why my brain came up with that but hopefully I don’t sound crazy 💀

Speaking of being weird around children, Mei Mei. Nothing to really say here. I get it. Gege wanted to portray that Nanami was an honest sorcerer and couldn't achieve his dream but someone coldhearted, cruel and disgusting like her could. But boy is it still weird. Grooming your underage brother is not a good look. Delving more into the Mahito scene, if you remember, there was a really odd scene a few episodes ago where Mahito just stared at fake Geto after what happened with the Prison Realm and everyone announced their plans. This imposter planned everything out. From Gojo's capture to having Sukuna as a backup plan to the exact date that the plan would be executed. And yet, after the plan was done, he suddenly became a lot less specific and basically went, "Uh, do whatever you want." Someone who planned things out that meticulously suddenly just improvising was odd. His words suddenly seemed less true. And that's why Mahito tried to touch him first. He was born from humans. And one thing he knows extremely well is just how quickly they are to betray those closest to them.
Yeah it happened so fast but when you really sit down and deep it, the way they can show so much meaning in one scene and a few lines of dialogue is really something else. Having said that, what do you mean by "My poor Mahito" buddy...that boy deserved SO MUCH worse..
No spoilers ahead ! : When he says three parents he means that the curse spirit possessed the body of kamo noritoshi that’s why 3. Knowing what choso said and that this cursed spirit is transferring through bodies through century and Kamo Noritoshi being a sorcerer 150 years ago, choso is implying that The curse spirit has possessed other bodies and while doing so impregnated other people, making his half-brother Itadori, (and possibly other kids) that’s their link he is implying. It was said in the first season that Choso and his brothers were experiments made by the spirit that possessed Kamo Noritoshi 150 years ago (and therefore Kamo Noritoshi was hated). We therefore learned about Choso and his two brothers, born from the embryos of fetuses from experiments with a member of the Kamo clan (kamo noritoshi posseded) and a human. Speaking from experience we can imply that the spirit seeks to create hybrids possessing the techniques of these clans. (also knowing that it is mentioned that there were 9 embryos dating from the time of Kamo Noritoshi and that 3 were incarnated: choso and his two brothers eso and kechizu) We can therefore deduce without having any information of Yuuji's parents that one of his parents was possibly possessed by this spirit, establishing why choso have a connection with Yuuji. Now, concerning Mei Mei’s scene : It is important to understand the parallels of the two characters of Meimei and Nanami who is very respectable, he has a real respect for human life and he is ready to sacrifice himself for others, especially the youngest "he has no ego" at least not enough. His lack of ego is one of the reasons why he was never able to reach the extension of territory despite being very talented and being the record holder for the number of Black Rays chained, a feat. Conversely, Meimei is a morally abject exorcist, for her the lives of others have no importance unless she can extract a minimum of benefits from it from the value and weight of a person's life how do you judge a life is worth the benefits that I can get from it. She doesn't really have any talent, she's someone who has trained hard. For her ui ui is a sort of guarantee. she shamelessly exploits him to survive and absolutely makes no secret of it. On the other hand, nanami is willing to die to protect the young ones. But the contrast between the 2 class 1 exorcists does not stop there, on the contrary... Nanami's ultimate dream is to end her life in Malaysia, it was his final objective but due to a lack of ego and a desire to helping others he ended up getting killed by mahito ... Ironically Meimei who preferred to abandon her allies out of pure selfishness ended up in Nanami's dreamland with just a few scratches but above all being ALIVE . In the end it shows us that the world of exorcism has nothing to do with your good intentions, those who survive are not the most morally good but those who favor their ego. Moreover, being an exorcist does not necessarily mean being a good person, there are others who can really be abject and Meimei is the perfect archetype, yet she is among the prota It brings a certain nuance to the system…

Urame was actually in S1 when we first see Dagan's domain. Urame was also already working with Geto at the beginning of the season. Urame is loyal to Sukuna. So what does that tell you?
Yeah we knew Urame was in Season 1, we mentioned it when Urame appeared for the first time this season to instruct the pony tail dude to kill all the sorcerers in suits. I think the logical answer is either that their goals align and they can get what they both want or Urame wants to use Geto to get to a certain point so that her true intentions can be carried out which probably relate to Sukuna. But it’ll be a while till we find out so no spoilers!
@@WeTouchGrass If you're taking recommendations may I offer (not sure if you've seen any of these already so sorry ahead of time if so): Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Demon Slayer, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Bungou Stray Dogs, Death Parade, Haikyuu!!, BLUELOCK, Trigun Stampede, Chainsaw Man, Spy x Family, One Punch Man, Parasyte....I could keep going cuz there's sooooo many LOL But I feel like this is a good variety to maybe do; or even lookup similar shows to these to bounce off of. Oh and some of these are finished/completed like AOT is and others aren't. Additionally it's also a mixed bag of longer season(s) around (23-24 episodes) and others are shorter (like 12-13 episodes). Just trying to give you a good "sized pot" to choose from for future stuff too 😄👍
