Do you have full power and maximum throttle response in DTC OFF Mode? Because a unmodded M140i will go back to comfort throttel response and not stay in Sport+ with DTC OFF.
Max Power no it is as you say , comfort steering and throttle , throttle is better in comfort as it delivers boost smoother 👍, sport + throttle response is to punchy low down
Have you driven Torsen LSD? If yes would you recommend as its a bit cheaper and I cant really find Plated LSD in my country. Only some Kaaz that alll. Also what % lock is your lsd ? Thank you
Be careful, one little slip and the cars gone. The LSD must help massively, the normal M140I’s are very unpredictable when power-sliding. Great skill nonetheless.

You won't regret it! I put a Quaife in my M140i a few months ago, it really makes power slides a lot more predictable. Traction under acceleration is a lot better too. Best mod for this car IMO.

Chris Loftus the wet is your friend , allows you to learn the feel at much slower speed 👍, once you pick the knack up it’s like riding a bike and the 140 is a rewarding car ,

They’re a mechanical diff so brilliant for drifting, yes bmw supply and fit, but there are others such as quaife and wavetrac but these are torque biasing diffs
@@Redm140 bud just to add here.. the m performance LSD is a mechanical locking differential offering transfer of up to 30% of the available torque to the wheel that has more traction when slip occurs and although the physical diff itself has no electronic connection into the cars main ECU or FEM modules, your ECU should be coded to tell the car that an LSD is fitted. This is because the E-LSD only comes into operation when DSC is switched completely off, (Not many people know this) coding is said to change the way your brakes are used to bring the car back in line with DSC completely off
@@Redm140 the only problem is that the stage 2 they provided is right below 400hp :( one wants more :). i have changed everything but the turbo so far. bigger ic, racecat(previously just a downpipe), intake, chargepipe and boostpipe.

You won't regret it! I put a Quaife in my M140i a few months ago, it really makes power slides a lot more predictable. Traction under acceleration is a lot better too. Best mod for this car IMO.

In some countries xdrive (all wheel drive) is available as an option. But most M140i's come standard rear wheel drive.

Yea. The manual box is dog poo and the auto makes these that bit faster straight line (which is all they’re really good for)

Car factory has 340bhp, but sounds like he has a downpipe upgrade and map to suit at the very least so should be in the region of 460bhp
