Demolition of home on 928 S Juanita Avenue in October 2016

This is a photo slideshow of the demolition of an older home (duplex) set back from the street with beautiful mature trees & landscaping to build three oversized townhouses in South Redondo Beach, CA back in October 2016. The family that lives in the historic brick house on the corner next to the project has owned the property since it was built back in 1937. This supersized eyesore is not in character with the neighborhood and has ruined the entire street by encroaching on the neighboring homes, taking away the sky & the sun, and the neighbors' space and privacy.
