They are just hired actors, zero chemistry between them, zero chemistry between them and the houses, they can't tell what they don't like about the houses.
Yes, HTGV house hunters hires actors as well. Featuring Johnathan Schaech (an actor) played a role looking for a house with his fake wife in Costa Rica.
I like house 3 best for the views, but you'd think these million dollar neighborhoods would at least bury their wires. Plus I would worry that a big condo/high rise would go in front of their view. The houses are so tight there too.
"Beach front view "??? Really lady? Oh, you nean past the roof tops, down the hill , past 15 houses. Oh, I see it now. Give me a break. What show is this?
I have no idea but somehow I don't feel them as buyers. I don't know why. House # 3 was a big no no though it had beautiful everything but somehow I didn't like the view with all those electric wires and the pole next to the house.
I agree, there was no chemistry between them, and they did not look like a couple used to dropping a few mill on a home, more like a would-be actor share rental 35 miles away from the beach.
I don't know why but I loved house number 1. I felt like 2 and 3 weren't child-friendly. I don't mind small bedrooms because all I would ever do is sleep in them at night mostly. Small bathrooms, roughly just 15 to 30 minutes of bathing time. However, the outdoor space of that home is beautiful. I love how far and safe distance the pool is, and enough grassy space to just play and have fun with kids. The front part of the house too has enough space and grass for kids to spend time on as well. The house seems a decent size to maintain too. However, if I were going for more value for the money, character, and ecstatics, I would pick 3. The only thing missing for me from house 3 was outdoor space but it had everything else.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THOSE PRICES FOR THOSE TINY HOMES, WHERE I AM FROM 6M WILL GET YOU AT LEAST 7 BDRMS 8 BTHRMS. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SO MUCH HOMELESSNES IN CA.
This is uncomfortable to watch. I think the realtor could just let them visit the place. The couple looked uncomfortable and the interaction seems awkward and forced 🫣
House #1 sux ass / House #2 is worst; "Industrial modern finish" means cheap materials and less of them. All their windows look DIRECTLY into their neighbors window / house #3 has ZERO privacy from your next door neighbor, like 5' away
I was raised in the mountains, no ocean anywhere near me. When I go to the ocean, I feel a feeling of serenity and peace that I can't get anywhere else. I would love a house on the water.
This house is so unattractive. I don’t like the industrial style nor the ugly cement column seen on the front of the house. No way would I buy an ugly house just to be on the ocean. A person would have to be a car salesman to sell me this house and he or she would still fail to convince me.
House no. 3 is better in my opinion.❤
I like the house number 3.. View so beautiful
House #2 looked like a renovated factory
I could never live that close to anyone especially for that price.
They are just hired actors, zero chemistry between them, zero chemistry between them and the houses, they can't tell what they don't like about the houses.

Exactly my thinking.
These two were the worst ones I've ever seen
it sures seems that way. the host does all the talking
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Of course house 2 was the best. You hear the waves, you are in a private neighborhood and the house was stunning.
Number three house was my favorite as well.
NONE of these homes were on the beach..didn't they ask for that as a primary thing they wanted? Four + million?
I like house 3 best for the views, but you'd think these million dollar neighborhoods would at least bury their wires. Plus I would worry that a big condo/high rise would go in front of their view. The houses are so tight there too.
what a beautiful couple! so sweet and humble.. and loved their choice house #2 was perfect
number 3 was the winner. can't believe what they picked.
5 million dollars to buy a big container where you can shake hands with the neighbors through the window

I think they are actors
I have the same feeling. It's a fake.

Looks like him and his daughter.
That first house price is ridiculous. What disgusting environment and looking at all those cruddy rooftops. Crikey Id sack that real estate agent.
Those prices are outrageous! Fires, earthquakes. I would never moved to California.
Number 2 fit them so well…modern and chic
😂😅😂😂😂. That’s funny
House no.3.😍
that real estate woman opens her mouth... and non stop rubbish comes out ...
I prefer Tatiana, she's more real.
Absolutely she talks so much she doesn't let the buyer talk
I thought it was just me! It's longer cause she talks talks & talks nonstop!
House no. 1... where's the sea?! Buyers were really polite tbh. House 2, great choice!
Is it wise to buy a beach house with climate change?
House #1 has absolutely NO ocean view! LOL!
And totally does not look worth the money
But it had a decent backyard space plus money is not always about looks. Location is also a factor.
Is this a real couple? Is this just a realtor going on about the homes? I'm really confused about how this is presented. 🤔🤔

12:26 what is she talking about? overlook the ocean? I don t think so
I wish they choose house number 3
She's an actress, albeit a poor one, and her mother was the green-skinned witch in the Wizard of Oz! Spitting image, as they say....
Dudes eyeliner is throwing me off. 😂

Hell, no. House 3 was 2 million less and way nicer. Just.. why?
Dear,I want one & name the HOUSE MONROE.John,Dhaka.Note:Seriously tell how to transfer money against the house price.US$500 MN in my hand.
No one has a 4-6 mil budget. You have a 6mil budget or 4 mil. You don’t have a 50% range. This is fake
right this bot has "4-6" million dollars for a house.
You can get so much more for your money elsewhere...
Can't believe house n.1 was that pricey. And the real estate agent kept saying "amazing views" where all I can see is the road and the neighbors
House number 1 with the "ocean view"??? Bruh, where?!?! 😂😂😂
Guys got eyeliner on 😳😳
The first house looks like a prefab house or a trailer home to me. It is absolutely ugly on the outside.
Agreed. I did like the interior design though. But the exterior was hideous
I think that is the beauty of the house, the surprise on the inside
Dear,Another one confirmly & name ELVIS HOUSE
.John,Dhaka
.Note:Write accurately where to transfer money.
Also I don't need my neighbors perving on me.
No offence but its longer because she talks tooooooooooooo much!
house hunters is way better. the buyers get to do most of talking. and at the end you show them in the house and they tell what they do for a living
Open is said far too many times
Where the hell do people get $4-$6million to spend at their ages???? Ridiculously unrealistic.
Not good investments 🪃🇦🇺👍
Great, shit house for that price, look out of the box, you will find much better
This is uncomfortable to watch. I think the realtor could just let them visit the place. The couple looked uncomfortable and the interaction seems awkward and forced 🫣
😂😂😂😂😂 the buyer...all fake...
wow...no.2 was the worst of all.
These two clearly are NOT a couple.
House #1 sux ass / House #2 is worst; "Industrial modern finish" means cheap materials and less of them. All their windows look DIRECTLY into their neighbors window / house #3 has ZERO privacy from your next door neighbor, like 5' away
That amount of money just to see the water. As an Island, coastal girl all my 73 years I do not get it.
I was raised in the mountains, no ocean anywhere near me. When I go to the ocean, I feel a feeling of serenity and peace that I can't get anywhere else. I would love a house on the water.
Me too! My boyfriend lives right on the water and I never want to go back home! @TreesOnTheBeach
This house is so unattractive. I don’t like the industrial style nor the ugly cement column seen on the front of the house. No way would I buy an ugly house just to be on the ocean. A person would have to be a car salesman to sell me this house and he or she would still fail to convince me.
Who would want to live in a factory setting? Ew!
I just got so tired of everyone repeating the same thing over and over about each room. Very agitating. Don't care to watch this show again.
Is it me or do these all look like $200,000 houses
I have never known anyone who wears boots on a beach.🤔🫣🫣
House #2 looked like a renovated factory
