Content like this makes your RUclips channel way ahead of the game. Great interview. You have gone above and beyond for us Ron. I'm really impressed. I am glad the day i subscribe to your channel. Now I have to consider buying a powered reel mower.
Wow, thank you Rayon. Now having tried out a Swardman, I would seriously consider it for your powered reel mower. It cuts really nice and the attachment options are a pretty sweet bonus too. Thanks for watching the content. Appreciate the support.
Great video Ron. Just took delivery a few weeks ago on a Swardman. I have used it 3 times and I love it. The guys at Reel Rollers are awesome. They kept me posted on my order and the delivery was flawless.
I am just using a cheap Reel now in far South Georgia . so glad you did this one a couple years ago. This guys knowledge is amazing I will be heading up to get my reel from these guys
Mad Scientist, it looks like you've taken your show on the road!! Nice transitional shift and integrative blend of application and content.... You are definitely, "THAT DUDE"!!!
I really enjoyed thier Park experience. I have actually broken a few parts of my lawn into experimental sections, but it is nice to see someone else has done the same.
Thanks Frederick. Hahhaha. I have not ordered one. I'm not sure where I'd put it. I'd definitely like to get my hands on one next spring though. It's a great tool to prep for overseeding. Appreciate you watching the content.
Awesome tour dude! Never knew the tru cut didnt have the spinning drop drum, that is the most annoying feature of the mclane! Im pretty convinced to bite the bullet and get a swardsman. They usually go on sale during the winter season but since they mentioned their back orders due to covid.. I dont think that will be the case this year:(
@@RonHenry I have a viewer that wants to buy my GM as he has much for square footage then me, and i have another viewer that wants to buy my mclane. I will sell both and put those funds towards one of those crispy swards!
Super job, Ron! This is the best presentation for this company and really accentuates the passion they have for what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable and and most importantly, willing to put the product to the test. I have purchased two of their rollers, one solid and one grooved roller. Their stuff is so nicely packaged it felt like Christmas each time! Thank you for doing them justice. I hope to own a Swardman one day.
Thanks for the kind words and for watching the content Nick. They are a great company and are really going places. I'm privileged to get the chance to share their story and facility with you guys. Appreciate the support. Let me know if I can help with anything.
@@RonHenry I personally feel that when it comes to the purchase price of a true reel mower for the home owner, I’m talking front and rear rollers, the swardman is hard to beat. The Allett is on par but it is so huge compared to the Swardman. Let’s face it how much does a Toro GM1600 cost brand new? Let’s not forget the 2” of trimming you have to do because of the transport wheels
You’re spot on Nick. The Swardman is tough to beat when you do the money/value calculus. Does the greensmaster cut better. Yes. But it’s also 12k brand new. So it’s not really a fair comparison. The Swardman and/or TruCut are easier to live with for your typical home owner.
Just freaking amazing. Love how much you guys talked about the reel mower. I would say that it is worth the money and that awesome that the cost to replace is so cheap. Great video man.
Thanks so much Meister. The guys are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to mowers. Was totally fun hanging out with them and learning more about the products. Thanks for watching. 👍😎
Glad you enjoyed it Taylor. Really nice of Reel Rollers to have me out to tour their facility. It's pretty awesome. Thanks for watching the content. Appreciate the support. 😎👍
Can't go wrong either way Russell but having done a few passes with the Swardman, I can say you're likely to be very happy with it. It produces a really nice cut and the support you'd get from the team at Reel Rollers will be second to none.
Great video....and a great company! BTW, to get a great idea of what overseeding bermuda with perennial rye grass looks like in the fall, check out pictures of The Masters this year!
I know this an old video but during my obvious research I found this gem in your content . does it make a difference on how smooth or grooved roller handles bumps in yard? I scalp on my HRX and I’m wanting to pull trigger on a cal trimmer with a roller . Such a cool video .
Hi Shauna. They're pretty much the same when it comes to handling bumps in a lawn. GIven the choice, I would go with a grooved roller. Appreciate you watching the content.
Great video Ron. I wonder if they do service on reel mowers. As I mentioned on your Friday chat, I have an Allett and the closest dealer is in SC. Would be nice to be able I have it serviced locally to me.
Hi Carlos. For service in the Atlanta area, I'd recommend checking out Reel Works in Auburn, GA. They service all kinds of mowers. They should be able to take care of your Allett.
I AM REALLY INTERESTED! ANOTHER GREAT INFORMATIVE VIDEO!!! 👍🏽 Kudos to you Ron...you really produce great content and now I’m visiting this company’s website. I wonder do they deliver. I guess I’ll find out.
Yes they do deliver. I had my Swardman delivered in Oct and even better they pulled up in that old school A Team van shown in the background of the video.
You could Cody. It's a more aggressive cut that people may not need when they first get into reel mowing. No harm in going straight to a grooved roller at the outset.
You did a lot more than just pointing a camera, but you just stay so humble Ron! God surely loves the humble....I pray that God gives you great success beyond what you ever imagine.

I have not had good luck with any products or salesman or companies in Georgia. You're always flim-flammed. This guy is a real hustler.
Sorry to hear you've had bad buying experiences with the entire state of Georgia C_Farther.
Incredible work on covering what Reel Rollers offers to the reel community!
Thanks man! It was fun to shoot. Burnt the midnight oil getting the edit done. 😎 They're an awesome set of guys. They have a great facility.
Great video Ron. Just took delivery a few weeks ago on a Swardman. I have used it 3 times and I love it. The guys at Reel Rollers are awesome. They kept me posted on my order and the delivery was flawless.
Very nice Around The House With Pat. The little bit of mowing that I did with one was pretty good. I totally get why everyone that has one, loves it.
You did a great job explaining the reason for rollers instead of front wheels. Very informative. Thank you.
Glad it was useful.

Nice AAT3! They do a great job.
Awsome facility guys. Im stopping by on my next drive thru!
Good deal
ReelMowers company should use this video on their youtube channel page. A great introduction to all they do and sell. Great vid.
I think it is on their page Chaddons. 🙏😎

Thx for breaking video down. I was going to ask you about smooth vs groved
No problem Brian. The guys are Reel Rollers were really gracious to have me over to see the facility. Glad you found it useful! 😎👍

Awesome Jason! Thanks so much. I really appreciate it. Hopefully it was entertaining and a bit educational too. Appreciate the support!
Ron. I ordered a grooved roller yesterday and it’s already on the way. Can’t wait to mow with it.
Very cool Ru Skates. You'll love it. Thanks for watching.
One of your best videos ever Ron! I know you placed your order for a Swardman, come on admit it! I'll be ordering mine soon.

Most definitely Ed. Hopefully the video helped with your reel mower decision-making process. Let me know if I can help answer anything.

Nice vid Ron. Very informative

Great video and great content. Now I have to rethink my order on the Allett. Auburn Ga is a lot closer than SC to me for service. I’m torn.

That smooth roller looks like the same Ashland conveyor roller I bought to retrofit my trimmer. $37.00+
