After studying human sexuality for many years it has become inarguable to me that a cuckold relationship (in which the wife engages in sexual activity with a variety of men while her husband remains faithful) is most compatible with basic human evolutionary make up. It is straying from this evolutionarily grounded human bonding relationship that has produced such misunderstandings and conflict between the sexes.

Our income went from 5 figures to 7 literally over night. Retired at 51. You’re spot on with your advice. Health is #1. I still drive my 8 yr old car that I bought before the company sold. Now what’s important to me is experiences with family and friends. That’s what’s priceless! I still have a minimal wardrobe and some dresses are over 25 yrs old but still look new and are still stylish. It’s not about that designer tag in the back of your clothes, it’s time spent with loved ones and having a purpose. I now volunteer weekly with the Humane Society. Sooo rewarding!
The thing with me is that I've found that I'm happier with fewer relationships. I've always had one or two friends at any given stretch in my life, and I used to feel horrible about it, thinking I should have more. Even family members came with toxicity. 😢But, after years of drama, one sided friendships, and sadly, betrayal here and there, I am content with one friend to go shopping with or travel with. I enjoy my company and independence very much. 😊
Those friends value you more than anything in the world, and that’s what I’ve learned with the few friends. There is an unbreakable bond. Cherish every moment, and love them. Be of service in any way you can, fill their fridge with their favorite snacks, make a playlist for them, invite them on walks to the beach, buy them scented candles and bath bombs, be there for them in difficult moments, celebrate their hard work, and most importantly, accept them as they are. It’s so easy to judge these days, don’t let judgment or shame ruin you.

@@LindsayD228 Hi! I think my comment was removed and I have no memory of it now. If I offended anyone, I do apologise. Never intended to hurt anyone's feelings.
To me having a wealthy life means having financial security, time, a few good friends and by few I mean 2 or 3 I don't need more. Being able to enjoy things in life such as a sunrise or an adventure to a place I haven't explored yet, being of service to others and above all being in good health. Without health you really have nothing. Always be grateful for your health. It's sad to see people who have everything but because they are battling serious illness they can not enjoy their life.
0:00 💰 Money is a tool, not the ultimate goal of life. 1:31 📅 Financial wealth is viewed in three timeframes: long-term security, short-term meaningful experiences, and daily quality of life. 3:33 🏋♂ Building a healthy lifestyle involves simple habits like exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and nurturing relationships. 5:21 🤝 Social wealth lies in meaningful connections and investing in nurturing relationships. 6:47 🎯 Having a clear sense of purpose provides direction, meaning, and fulfillment in life. 8:05 😊 True wealth is being content, finding joy in small moments, and appreciating life regardless of circumstances.
minimalism and intentional living seems less tedious to start, and more inspiring, whenever I watch your videos. thank you for spreading positivity and mindfulness!
Great video Sophie, loved the part where you spoke about how little importance we give to our health, often we take it for granted. I always say when I go through hard times, that everything has a solution eventually as long as I'm healthy. I always say thank you for my health and I do not take it for granted. I say that as long as I am healthy and I have time, the rest is fixable! Nice that you are going to Japan, hope that you will make at least a video there! I would love to visit Japan! Was nice to watch your videos, you cannot imagine how an inspiration you are for me! Hugs and best wishes! xx
Aloha Mihaela, You articulate with simplicity what my heart would like to express but struggle to find words for. I have lost my way, so to speak, several times throughout my life and have found myself there once more. My adult son passed last year, which has me having to recalibrate often. You have inspired me thru your post, as sophie has also...Its not like me to carry-on so, but pls know I remain grateful for this brief moment in time with you. Your friend from the Hawaiian Islands 🌺
I believe without health and love then life has no real meaning. Love for your work or travels as well as loved ones. Health can be taken away in a moment so protect it and nurture it. That’s a wealthy life to me. After losing my mum to cancer, life seemed pointless and just went through the motions. Also learnt that things are pointless. When we pass away nothing is worth anything except the memories we have. This is how I discovered minimalism. Slow living too, as what’s the point of rushing things if we don’t love what we do. Big wake up call.
I agree with you that true wealth is a balance between money, health, and relationships. We need all three to live a blessed life. One quote stuck with me these past years that "money can buy you comfort but not necessarily happiness." I think health is truly #1 but money is a tool we need to maintain it and healthy relationships cater to it as well.
Well said! I am focusing on improving my health through eating well and exercising. I am transitioning to a new career and traveling to amazing places. Most importantly, I am ready to love and be loved. This is the scariest journey of my life but it will be well worth it for both of us when I meet him. I also look forward to remodeling my home.
I am currently getting out of chemotherapy and your videos helped me reposition my values and priorities, so precious. Your videos are truly inspiring and compassionate, you touch many people's hearts! "Malama" is the word for gold in my language. Thank you!❤
Just wanted to let you know how much I’ve enjoyed your videos - especially the ones this year. I’m not sure what it is, but I just feel like they are really coming from your heart and are such great reminders to all of us. When life is simple, we have our health, time to take in the beauty and complexity of nature, have each other to experience life’s ups and downs, and resources to travel and learn about other cultures, it feels like my family has all the riches in the world! We are encouraging our son to go on a gap year if that’s what he chooses. I think that sounds like an amazing experience!
I love this channel so much ,these past few months I've been feeling a little depressed by all the things that is happening to me ,it feels like I'm so overwhelmed about anything in the big city, but everytime I watch your videos its like a therapeutic drug that calms me everytime and also I am encouraged to go minimalist in my own way I also decluttered some of the things that no longer use in my life and I would never been so grateful rightnow doing those things ever since ,I felt light at home every time I see the house clean and organized ,I hope you keep making these kind of videos Thankyouu very much malama life❤😊...
Your videos are my go-to when I need to feel grounded or when i am over stimulated. Keep doing this, you are helping so much, like this is one of your purpose
I love what you say about finding purpose in everything we do..I feel the world is going through so many changes now it becomes even more important to live with purpose and be present. Love the message of this video
Whenever i want to be grounded again, feel overwhelm with all the chaos around me like job, social media and other things that demands and pressures me.. One thing I want to do is go to your channel and watch your videos.. It relaxes me and reminds me to what truly matters. ❤
I absolutely love your content and completely relate to your ideals and goals. When im off track I’ll tune in to your videos to reassure myself and get on track again. I also adore your dogs ❤
Being 100% confident 95% of every waking moment. Leveraging that to get everything I need first and then everything I want. She kinda said it all in this video
thank you for your video, I'm listening to it after studying and before sleeping and it is so relaxing and inspiring ♡ for me, true wealth is long-term happiness and knowing that whatever happens there are people who will always be here to encourage and love you ♡ it doesn't mean that sadness wont happen but that you know it will pass and that you "enjoy" these fluctuations because you know they will bring you to where you are meant to be :-)
Recently, I'm craving for things that I might not needed. I mindlessly buy shoes, bags and clothes that are cheaper because it suits my liking and I wanted to "follow the trend". And I know, not only from this video that I need to stop being impulsive and being inconsiderate. I want to break this greedy chain, it's lock me up 😢. I hope I get better anytime soon! ❤️ Still work on it to become wealthy in any aspects.
It is great hearing from you again Sophie. I have seen comments online from people who like to watch your videos to just chill out. The way I am I always ask why you bring peace in your work. Well it is right there in plain sight in what you believe. True love and relationships are not a commodity and matter so so much more than commodities. A beautiful experience by itself is priceless. I am a senior citizen and I remember much better and with incredible clarity stepping off a plane as a teenager in 1968 to a scene of intense natural beauty better than buying a new car, first home etc. I remember in detail times of two way love and caring and the settings this took place. Sophie I have wishes for you. May you, your husband, family and loved ones experience this in abundance. For you personally may you have a long meaningful life and enjoy when you get to my age the in gathering of the memories when all the true beauty of past experiences surrounds you in the present. Craig
This was so beautiful Craig, thankyou for sharing your invaluable wisdom with us. As a 26 yo navigating life's many different avenues and being exasperated and overwhelmed by the volume of noise out there, comments like yours really ground and help realign to what's really important as we sail through life. it is in these rare yet wonderful moments that I find the most comfort. Thankyou once again for your beautiful comment.
You got me with the very first line "imagine having an abundance of money, but no one to enjoy it with". I feel like this is one of the main reason I've always felt so lost in "life", not relating AT ALL to what society has always expected me to do. That hyperindividualism, "focus on yourself", having to choose a career with seemingly no regard for what actually matters. I'd rather live a minimum wage job for the rest of my life with the right person than make a billion dollars, or "accomplish things", with no one, or the wrong people, to share and enjoy it with.
Love this. Totally relatable and true lol. Thing is, If you take your life seriously, you will see a permanent improvement. I began regularly investing at 38. I currently have over $3 million in my retirement account at the age of 51. I always rely on my CFP, but starting late is my one regret.
Agreed. I deal with an investment advisor for this reason. I currently have over $800k invested in a diversified portfolio that has grown exponentially and is suitable for all market seasons. Our current project for this year is a more concrete ballpark target.
A very rich in content and a very well shot video. Congratulations! This was among your best videos that I have seen in the recent past. Eagerly looking forward to the next one! Keep up the good work 😊
Oh my god! You are coming to Japan?! I’ve been watching your video for quite a long time and I’m so excited that you’re coming to my country ❤ The sad part is that currently I’m living in Argentina 😢
Aloha Sophie 👋, Growing up, my first impression of true wealth was a millionaire who lives in a mansion with his/her own family, is well-respected for being involved in numerous businesses and/or charitable projects, has worked their way to climb the most prestigious position of the career ladder of his/her choice, and the list goes on. As much as I admire and respect those people for what they’ve been through to exemplify “true wealth”, deep down I had this feeling that true wealth could mean different things for everybody, including me. Nowadays, true wealth to me means 1. Saving money for the things that are truly worth the purchase or investment 2. Appreciating the simplicity and the convenience in the little things everyone deserves to have in life 3. Intentionally living your life and making certain life decisions and choices according to your authentic morals and values Mahalo for the video, and sending you lots of love!!! ❤️❤️❤️🤗
Just want to say that you’ve given me so much inspiration to make changes in my life and I always get so moved by your content in this channel. 🧡/ girl living in Sweden
I hit a difficult time in life years ago. I learned right there and then who my true friends were. They were unwavering in their support and strength. I was so sad for the ‘friends’ I’d lost. One of my true friends asked me why I’d be sad for losing people that didn’t even care enough to pick up the phone and check on me. They were so right. Eight years on, I feel like it was the best thing that ever happened to me. The people in my life now are the people who matter and care. It’s funny how sometimes bad things that happen turn out to be a blessing.❤
Life can still have meaning even if you don’t have your health. You can still spend time with loved ones, laugh, appreciate beauty. appreciate a new day, pray, have hope❤
I m 100 percent agree with u Life is all about enjoying d experiences .. n observing ur emotions in different different situations... D more u get relaxed mentally .. more h enjoy d life
I’ve come to realize that I enjoy working , I wanted to retire early but I now learned since working is something I enjoy because it’s more of a rewarding feeling , I can see myself doing this for a longer time but not as much
I really your messages, you have a very soothing voice, the perfect combination to talk things in and of life, which everybody understands. Because we all are affected by that... sooner or later. Life is so much more than just consuming "things" with money so to say: as the best "things" in life are free... until today this saying is valid, and it will be until the end of time. I wish you the best for you and your loving husband, and for your family. Peace & Love, Sascha ☮❤ P.S. Please keep doing these life-messages, I enjoy these so much.
I am the same way with love language. . .all my best friends moved away so it is rough for me (though I am one who will make new friends as I go on). I enjoyed this video! My purpose is to continue to raise my children to live good lives (as minimalists too), to love big, to help others, and to put others before themselves so they can see the beauty in selflessness.
Amazing video as always, also mine defination of wealthy life is same as yours. Even, when it comes to friendships all I crave for is a deeper connection ✨

If my own mom is any indication-you’ll be hiking in your 80’s with the nourishingly active lifestyle you have She re-wrote my idea of what it meant to be “old” by hiking 17 miles treks with a group of seniors in the AZ mountains in her late 60’s ☺️
I believe that happiness is in the little simple moments spent with our loved ones and not in possessions but for me I couldn’t enjoy these moments as I am always stressed and anxious due to my kids
Hi Sophie, I’m not sure if you remember me but I was at the marathon with my dog Milo. I never comment on videos, but I just wanted to say it was so nice meeting you and I hope you got to see your sister finish! I also love all the things you shared, it really is about living a meaningful life that matters most 💛
Of course I remember you and Milo 🥰 I hope you guys doing well. Yes I saw her right after I left you guys. Thanks for watching and supporting and hope to see you around ❤️🥰🫶

That’s must have been difficult to experience these challenges, please give yourself grace and love. God bless you ❤
That sounds so freeing. All the best to you 🇦🇺❤️

Oh my god! You are coming to Japan?! I’ve been watching your video for quite a long time and I’m so excited that you’re coming to my country ❤ The sad part is that currently I’m living in Argentina 😢
Aloha Sophie 👋,
Growing up, my first impression of true wealth was a millionaire who lives in a mansion with his/her own family, is well-respected for being involved in numerous businesses and/or charitable projects, has worked their way to climb the most prestigious position of the career ladder of his/her choice, and the list goes on. As much as I admire and respect those people for what they’ve been through to exemplify “true wealth”, deep down I had this feeling that true wealth could mean different things for everybody, including me.
Nowadays, true wealth to me means
1. Saving money for the things that are truly worth the purchase or investment
2. Appreciating the simplicity and the convenience in the little things everyone deserves to have in life
3. Intentionally living your life and making certain life decisions and choices according to your authentic morals and values
Mahalo for the video, and sending you lots of love!!! ❤️❤️❤️🤗
Such a beautiful way to look at life 💖
Ur vlogs bring me so much peace and quiet
Just want to say that you’ve given me so much inspiration to make changes in my life and I always get so moved by your content in this channel.

❤ aw thank you so much
I hit a difficult time in life years ago.
Hi Sophie, thank you for another great video. It brought me some much needed calmness and inspiration. I hope you have a great weekend! 💕🌞
Thanks so much Sandy. Happy weekend! ❤
Life can still have meaning even if you don’t have your health. You can still spend time with loved ones, laugh, appreciate beauty. appreciate a new day, pray, have hope❤

Outstanding video. As a senior citizen, I can attest that the saying by Confucius is spot on.
"*God Bless Everyone Take Care All Long Lives 100 years and above all*"

Yes I 💯 agree with you! Health is wealth. 🌸🤗
I’ve come to realize that I enjoy working , I wanted to retire early but I now learned since working is something I enjoy because it’s more of a rewarding feeling , I can see myself doing this for a longer time but not as much
❤️🥰
Beautiful video with a wonderful message
Good video that I have ever watched!!
Money is a tool not the goal 😮❤ thanks for this🙌🏻🙌🏻👏🏻
I really your messages, you have a very soothing voice, the perfect combination to talk things in and of life, which everybody understands. Because we all are affected by that... sooner or later. Life is so much more than just consuming "things" with money so to say: as the best "things" in life are free... until today this saying is valid, and it will be until the end of time.
I wish you the best for you and your loving husband, and for your family.
Peace & Love, Sascha ☮❤
Thank you for the inspiration and your point of view

Amazing video as always, also mine defination of wealthy life is same as yours. Even, when it comes to friendships all I crave for is a deeper connection ✨
The vibes here are beautiful and I love your reflections as always.

I don’t comfortably throw recommendations of her on the internet God she’s brilliant her skills are set exceptionally .Thank you Amelia Jason I’m sure there’re also good people who excel in their field ! .
She must be really dedicated and well trusted to talk much good about... can I meet her?
she's mostly on Telegrams, using the user name.
@AmeliaJason11 💯 that’s it
If my own mom is any indication-you’ll be hiking in your 80’s with the nourishingly active lifestyle you have
She re-wrote my idea of what it meant to be “old” by hiking 17 miles treks with a group of seniors in the AZ mountains in her late 60’s ☺️
Thank you ❤
Thank you for this video.
very wise ty
❤️❤️❤️
I believe that happiness is in the little simple moments spent with our loved ones and not in possessions but for me I couldn’t enjoy these moments as I am always stressed and anxious due to my kids
Hi Sophie, I’m not sure if you remember me but I was at the marathon with my dog Milo. What is the daily system you have in place instead of budgeting? Can you expand on what you mean by that?
Wealthy life means "Health, Finacial sustainability , sense of purpose & good relationship with loved ones".
Absolutely ❤️
Can you do a video on a typical day in your life? And what you eat and do for exercise (:
