I feel incorrect, elss is tax saving mutual fund, 3 years lock, I'd you invest monthly sip, you can't get all amount in single redeem, each sip maturity is 3 years so if you sip aug 2024 that particku sip amt and returns maturity date is aug 2027 only. Better you can do sip others than elss mf fund which has direct growth type, you may get lesser charges, pls do own analysis and plan yourself, I just added here one of my colleagues experience here Thankyou
