You can find a well of information on camaro5 forums, along with other things like parts or DIY ideas, just all kinds of stuff. I would imagine if you had started a thread and posted your cars symptoms there they would have been able to diagnose and be able to tell you within a trustable margin of error what was wrong with your car. Just something to keep in mind for next time. No matter what happens to your car there is someone who has had that same exact issue and can tell you how to fix it. For instance, had you posted your issue there someone probably would have told you to clean your old throttle sensor and then see if that helped cause more often than not with cars in excess of 100k miles they get real dirty and taking some part cleaner to it usually fixes the issue right up. 😉 Edit: OH and nice front splitter, that's exactly the kind I am looking for to put on my 15' 2SS. I think the z/28 has the best body out of all the camaros

I'm a bit confused because i got an engine Power reduced but the Cars RPM's was idling normal No issues there the Car all of a sudden wouldnt Go any faster when ya gave IT some Gas i turned the Car of for avfew minutes and IT was driving fine the engine Power reduced warning went away. I've been driving the Car for about five days without No issues the Camaro ist a 2015 2SS with 64k Miles on IT i Only Drive IT in summer never in Winter any advice would Help i subscribed to your Channel AS Well greetings from Germany 😊

I'm sure there is other mods you could do like an after market one or porting it. I didn't see the need to do tbh and at the time the budget demanded I stay stock :(
You have a cheap HOT AIR intake installed. Take the insulation off the intake tube or get a CAI- Cold AIR INTAKE. Insulating hot air from a hot air intake makes no sense, unless you want to reduce engine power.
Hi James. The symptoms that lead to the failure had been happening for some time prior. I had tried cleaning the old throttle body. I usually used the premium and mid grade gas from Shell. But thanks for your input!
@@gvaspirated you have to use premium gas only in these kind of cars and not mid grade it just want work and then some people will tell you to do a fuse pull and that makes it worse and then you have to disconnect the negative post from the battery to reset the computer to get it to relearn all over again.
Besides the rough idle you where saying the car would pretty much stumble and accelerate rough when you would give it heavy throttle? I'm asking because my 2010 SS is doing that and the idle is a bit rough as well. I've changed plugs, wires and coils and it's still acting the same. Also my car has 202150 miles on it and still has the OEM throttle body.
Replacing that TB really did help with the rough acceleration and idle. I think there's a video where my friend and I diagnosed my car and we came to the conclusion it was the TB. I think it's my camaro broke down again. Check it out. I hope it helps in the slightest!

I was just trying to see how your car was driving other than it having rough idle. It's been bumming me out with how rough my car runs, I'll get on it and it stumbles/powerloss feel but then I'll back off the throttle and get back in it and then is pulls strong again.

All you had to do was to clean it really good it all has do with what kind of gas you are using.

I didn't replace the sensor. But yes I did do the new throttlebody unit.
I had to replace my throttlebody and position sensor and I have a cts-v ls6 a code came up U0107 smh
