@@itachistan437 yep lol Eric, while I think does care about Cory, never once thought, early on in the show that is, that him telling Cory to never speak to him at school, Ditches him in the very first episode for a girl, and refuses to give him rides to school or places, would have an impact on Cory, I think Eric always just assumed because him and a Cory were brothers, that they would always be there. And the reason I say Eric does care about Cory is because during the course of BMW, you see scenes where Eric does genuinely try to help Cory. But I think there were a lot of things that Eric overlooked about his relationship with Cory.

Eric kept Cory at arm’s length, he caused him to try to prove himself with a very dangerous ride, which caused Cory to retaliate. He caused Cory and Topanga to be arrested on their wedding night. Eric is a bonehead and, as good natured as he is, he needs to learn to consider the legal ramifications of his actions.

He also did that in season 2. Harley was going to beat Corey up after school, Eric came and intervened. Fortunately, for Eric, Mr. Turner got there on time before Harley could actually beat him up. Eric might have been a sort of jerk to Corey in seasons 1 and 2, but, he did love him

This was the most real episode after high school graduation. My favorite
back in 2003 when my older brother was alive, some classmates i didn’t see eye to eye with anymore decided to show up at my house and wanted to jump me something like 4 or 5 against me. I paid no mind to it i stayed in the house, next thing i knew i heard someone outside yelling and arguing, to my surprise someone tip off my brother and he showed up to defend me. i’ll never forget that day.
I had a bully when I was in 3rd grade. He was beating me up pretty bad one day. He had knocked me down & was stomping me. About 30 seconds later, he starts screaming. My brother had him in a full nelson & said, "No one kicks my baby brother's #ss except me".
