I must disagree sir. When building a personal rig, a cpu with integrated graphics is preferable, because if you add a discrete GPU, and there are issues preventing any sort of posting, then you could just run the monitor cable directly from the motherboard to diagnose issues, as opposed to pulling other rigs apart for parts.

@stuffmcstuff399 it will be dead when 8000 series x3d cpu's come out and when intel 15th gen comes out late this year or early next year
@@gejamugamlatsoomanam7716 Not really.. It will just make the 5800x3d cheaper and the games for the next five years will still be easily handled by said cpu. So it is very much alive. Heck the 5800x3d is miles better than most 7xxx cpus purely because of the 3 times larger cache.
@@gejamugamlatsoomanam7716If you want to buy cheap and not deal with the headaches of these newer mobos then stick with AM4. For the price of getting AM5, you can get a 5600, B450, 32 GB of RAM, and peripherals for all under $350 - $400 if we include taxes.
@@gejamugamlatsoomanam7716Intel shot their own feet these days… So, AM4 may last longer ever.😅
