Not enough? Well, the camera : resolution and quality. The speakers, the charger (the plug), the cable to charge it, the screen vision angle. There are so many ways you can realise it’s not genuine without being an expert, unless you’re absolutely not familiar with technology (which I doubt since you can watch short videos on RUclips and comment). The phone said "Function not implemented" on 'fastboot flashing unlock' and "Unknown command" on 'fastboot oem unlock'. On the tablet, it's fastboot mode is broken or requires certain drivers, as it wasnt detected by my laptop.
try gsi for custom rom , since its android 11 you can download shizuku doesnt need root anymore , try to factory reset to see if boots on regular android

factory reset it from recovery and see if it boots in to android. I know if you reset it from settings it will boot in to the IOS loader but just seeing how advanced they are getting.
As far as I know, there is an application that you can install through some app store somewhere on Android that just gives you an iOS. Look to your phone. It's not technically a ROM as far as I know because it's an application that you open up (If memory serves) but seeing is that exists, it would not surprise me in the slightest. If there are actual ROMs, you can find that. Make Android look almost exactly like iOS. Kind of like what this thing is running but maybe a little more official. Or maybe this is a semi-official version and this manufacturer is just using something off the shelf
Like just look at the Lock Screen. The font is wrong, the spacing is wrong, the text formatting is wrong, and it doesn’t have the same indicators. The Home Screen is much much worse
