If Infinite was the final boss in Sonic Forces and this is the theme for it, here's how it could have gone down: 0:06-0:11: Infinite rises up in the air as he prepares to crush the resistance once and for all. 0:12-0:16: The resistance gathers together in a group as they prepare for the final battle. 0:17-0:21: Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar lead a charge towards Infinite. 0:22-0:29: Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar dodge red cubes Infinite throws at them while the resistance tore through the army Infinite manifested. 0:30-0:40: Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar use some of Infinite's army to launch themselves up into the air and ram into Infinite. 0:41-0:53: Infinite traps Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar and the player briefly takes control of Tails, Shadow, and Amy as they, with help from the rest of Sonic's friends, launch themselves into the air and ram into Infinite to rescue Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar. 0:54-1:03: Infinite tries to kill Tails, Shadow, and Amy in retaliation and Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar once again dodge red cubes, use some of Infinite's army as launch pads, and ram into Infinite to stop him. 1:04-1:13: Infinite traps Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar again, only this time with Tails, Shadow, and Amy. With help from Tails, Shadow, and Amy, Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar break free and ram into Infinite. 1:14-1:26: Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the avatar dodge the rows of red cubes Infinite sends their way and are launched into the air by Tails, Shadow, and Amy before ramming into Infinite. 1:27-1:37: As he starts to wither away, Infinite makes one last desperate attack by manifesting a gigantic fireball before hurling it at the resistance. 1:38-1:45: Knowing very well the fireball would kill them, everyone turns to Sonic and Tails asks Sonic what they should do now. 1:46-2:06: Sonic assures Tails everything is going to be okay. He then performs a triple boost with Classic Sonic and the avatar against a cool area of the fireball launching the fireball back at Infinite and incinerating him. Edit: I got a little bit of inspiration from the final boss battle in Kingdom Hearts II.
