Thank you for the explanation, I had a fall in 1985 and after two weeks I could not do regular work like lifting something to put it upon my head .
I have been to different doctors and so-called specialist and I was told that there’s a weakness but they are not sure what is causing it. At that time I use to get terrible burning sensations under the scapular and shaking of my right arm. Now since the lockdown my hand looks like Vaughan-Jackson Syndrome, but I do not have any arthritis. There’s no pain just weakness

If the problem persists, you can request your doctor for a nerve conduction study and if required an EMG. What you are describing seems to be a Stinger/Burner. If it has resolved and there is persisting weakness, it may require physiotherapy for strengthening of the weakened muscles

قصدك تعطل قدرة ابهام اليد؟
اي دكتور حيقول عمليه لتحرير نفق الابهام..وغالباً ماعم تنجح لانه مابيعالجوو السبب او بيعطوك ابره كورتيزون..
عن تجربه اكتب بالبحث عاليوتيوب تمطيط اوتار اليد والابهام واعمل مساجات لكف اليد لرخي الاوتار والعضلات المتشنجه وخاصه بعد حمام ساخن او مغاطس ساخنه لليد
وبالشفاء انشاء الله🙂
