    Accidentally, I just found out why my night numbness and stiffness of RT wrist . No injury though, but did have RT trigger thumb thumb 2 yrs ago, exact area where symptoms are. Idk if any correlation. Good video. Thanks.

    Finally, I can see what happened to my wrist. Unfortunately I had popped it back in before the X-ray so no one believes me when I told them something popped out. In surgery they found both scafolunate and lunotriquitral tears. But then didn’t pin them. Smh I’m frustrated

    I fell to arm and jarce to apply for four months of the dislocation the chance I didn't use any kind of mobilization, still put yourself in place and mobilize to join?
