all time fact about the missile technological development in India ; is a pioneer country of missile technology along with its production & usage in the war between Tipu Sultan and Britishers in 18th century. after 1947 ,there was lull on this front of missile production for a short period but fortunately R&D has gained the momentum again since last a decade or two under the able leadership of former president of India,the late Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalaam who is also called as the MissileMan of India. Today we are able to produce the entire range of missiles for all of the three wings of ours but export them to other south asian and African countries.
Hmm, Rudram-2 with 300+ km range while Rudram-3 with 600 km range in anti-radiation role will somewhat make our airforce able to take down any possible air defence of our enemy. If I am not wrong then Tejas mk1a will also have this missiles.
Previously, these RUclipsrs were claiming that this would be a hypersonic missile, but now they are claiming it is a quasi-ballistic missile despite the fact that it can achieve upto 5.5 mach
We must congratulate and compliment DRDO. We can’t match China on strength of army, navy, and air force, but can match them on intelligence. So we should focus on electronics war material.
