Hi can you please help me. My BF100 honda 1980 year, In the test barrel it runs good in neutral and in gear, When I put the boat in the water it starts easily and idles, once I put it in gear it makes very little power and idles ruff. Any idea what I should do? I have cleaned the carb several times and that has helped but this time nothing seems to work.
Did you check the spark plugs and the cables? Did you do compression test?
Thanks for the video!! Came across one of these for $75. Runs pretty good. Is it worth attempting to clean the carb so long as the gaskets don't get damaged? I understand replacement parts are not sold anywhere.
Carburetor replacement parts are not available.

Need your advice on fuel lines. When replacing the lines where do you get the thin walled, quality fuel line? The parts manual says it's 4.5mm id, is that correct? Thanks

@@jimdinthed You can get fuel line from Autozone (3/16") 4.8mm. 0.3mm will not make any difference.
