I just bought the same outboard and had the same problem of not starting (funny though it started fine when the guy sold it to me haha). Thanks to your video, I immediately took the carb off and discovered the fuel intake was clogged. Bit of carb cleaner, blew into it, back together and voila. Runs great now. Thanks.

Did you also replace carburator-manifold gasket? In that case do you know the part nr? Cheers
Do you just push up against to the carb intake get that second bolt off? I couldn’t even reach mine.
