Just curious when on canva and you put a background and a text box on top.Do you need to make the background transparent at all so that it doesn't show through the textbox if printed? I'm trying to figure out when to make background transparent when layering. I'm pretty new to this.
Thank you so much, I don't find it's very user friendly like things aren't all on the same dashboard but I'm finally figuring it out - they're help person didn't get what I was asking and sent me on a rabbit trail - the answer was easy had they given it to me but I finally figured it out - however - your video here is taking me a long way past what I've learned and you've saved my carpal tunnel arm alot of pain and hours - thank you! I wish they'd have auto guess on the beginning of the font names and be able to scroll thru easier - it takes forever, would also like them to save your favorite fonts across all designs, not just per design - wastes alot of time - I'm just making a notebook of the font names so I can type them in. Your b/w rose w pink circle - very pretty!
I created a Facebook Post with a link in it, and downloaded it as PDF, as was instructed, but what I wanted to do, was use the Facebook Post I created with my link in FB Groups that allow promotions, but I don't know how to just save the post I created itself as an image to my desktop instead of as a pdf, so I can upload it into a FB Group. Please help if this is not too confusing...Thank You in Advance. Sharon
Hi Sandra, I feel like the more effects I add the heavier my image becomes. I use these images on my website so the heavy images make the page download speed very slow. How do you compress your these images?
The difficulties im having getting canva designs onto my FB page defy description.
I wrote a 3-page giveaway post in canva (about 5 hours work) and cant figure out how to get it to be published on FB after downloading it.
The 3 pp. are in my download file on my drive but there seems to be NO WAY to move them into FB.
Canva says to click the white arrow to download the design and then place it on FB as a photo, but there are 3 related designs. I got one of the photos on as a post but I cant control the size, its huge, even tho in canva it displays properly. The download seems to have blown in up and I can’t resize it.
It’s frustrating in the extreme to invest so many hours and end up with Nada. There was a note on canva regarding their inability to sync with facebook. But the workaround is failing.
I guess I will just have to forget about using canva and try to make my pix look good doing them direct.
Thank you for the great video. I just joined Canva and under the 'text' button I don't have all those colored text circles and caption bubbles etc. that you have. Do you know how to get those? I joined the free trial, so should have the full program. Also, the 'backgrounds' button is not there. Have they removed features?
You must have the magic touch. I did the same thing and it finally worked. LOL I think I just panicked. ;) Great tutorial. I subscribed to your channel.
Hey, Mrs. Sandra! My name's Derrick & I'm also a RUclipsr, have been one for 2 years now; but, can't seem to build up a really big fan base. Also, I'm contemplating on starting me a blog site on doing both ride share & food delivery because my RUclips channel covers those kind of topics. Therefore, I'd like to know if you can consult me on both matters?
Hi Sandra I hope you doing well and thank you for sharing this video I like it because you teaching us how use Canva this be time using this I gave you thumb up and subscribe your channel I have fixs my thumbnail to look good By The Crane
Is it possible to simply upload a personal photo and on top of it add a square framework ? I noticed when I add my photo, canva automatically adds a white background page
When you said to upload your own picture is that mean that the picture that you took for yourself? Or the pictures that you download from other site but would that be copyright to use on your social media? Thanks new subscriber here.
I have watched quite a few videos on learning Canva, I learned more watching you than from all of the others I watched! Thank you!! @twistedstringscrochet
That is how to gain a much more bigger YT audience & how to create me a blog site as both a ride share & delivery driver. That is the most cheapest & easiest way to. Btw, if you'd like my YT channel URL just let me know.

Who needs photoshop when u have Canva ? )
How about for mobile? Canva has the WORST interface on mobile I have ever seen in my entire life. I think windows 8 at launch was more successful.
yeah photo editing should be kept to desktop trying to do it all on a stupid touch screen takes forever.
Thank You
