Both matter. You need a bachelors degree for a full time role and the skills listed in job descriptions.

Hey, I have a template to my resume I used in a resume video I made. I never used a cover letter as well. I had a few internships already when I applied but I know interns that got Disney offers without prior internship experience.

I appreciate this look in. I've been interested in applying for a while but I am not woke and don't plan on being woke. Would this be a bad place for me to just be a decent human at work if I don't want to lie for example?
