❤😂😂 “You used to not read up before I came out here. Why are you doing this to me?” 🤣 Adorable, and so witty- Jack brought joy and laughter to so many just on his Dave appearances alone! ❤❤😄🥰
It’s too bad Dave never gave jack a half hour every time jack was his show. I always loved it when jack was on. I just found this channel with all the clips with jack and I love it ! Thank you I live in Ontario Canada and I have been to the Columbus Zoo many times because of jack. It’s the best Zoo I have ever been to
So much fun, So much pleasure. Heart goes out to Jack Hanna, what a great guy, so humble. Dedicated his life to those beautiful creatures. In God's universe this is not going to go unnoticed. Thank you so much!!!
@@theone8534 God bless you for talking about how in God's universe this is not going to go unnoticed because God will bless you for doing what you've done.
Some of those animals are just so cute and adorable it's such a great entertainment,I love the laughter between Jack and Mr lennerman, those 2 guy's are so funny and hilarious absolutely a great video love this and all the gorgeous animal's on the show thankyou. ❤❤
Hey, Don! THANK YOU for the happy escape that we all need so much. The animals are gorgeous and the banter is hilarious- laughter really is the best medicine. A truly lovely evening- thanks again, Don. Cheers!
This is so fun, watching Jack with his animals. He is charming and you can tell he truly loves animals. Dave is really good with them too for the most part.
Omg,this is one of the best....classic sweet, innocent, focused Jack and respectful, quietly hilarious David...that snakehead turtle 🗣️ head; beyond great.👍 PS; thanku for this Don.
I used to LOVE watching Dave with Jack Hanna back in the day. As someone who is dealing with a loved one stricken by the cruel disease Alzheimer's (mom), I was very sad to learn Jack was/is suffering from the same disease. I can tell you that while wild cats in the Bobcat/Lynx family are "only" small-to-medium sized in the wild, they also might be the most ferocious, surly animals of all wild cats. When I was a kid some farmer called some neighbors (incl my father) to help get rid of a Bobcat inside his barn (it had killed a couple chickens). So one of the neighbors brought his Rottweiler dog, as it seemed to make sense on how to chase the cat out of the barn. Well, the cat did run out and leave, but not before the feline did a frenzy of claws on the dog's face/body. The dog thought it had the cat cornered--BIG MISTAKE--as within seconds all we heard was the shrieking yell of the Bobcat, quickly followed by a blazingly quick attack followed by a yelping Rotty after the cat did its damage to the dog. We all just stood there dumbfounded by what we just witnessed, so we gave the cat PLENTY of room to get out of the front door of the barn and into the woods. And mind you, that cat was "only" a Bobcat (maybe 25 pounds), not the 60-70lb cat that is the magnificent Siberian Lynx, similar to the one Dave had on this show. Beautiful AND frightening.
I'm from Turkey, and my mom's uncle had one of those Anatolian Shepherds. He died fighting wild boars for hours, protecting his owner. They are incredibly loyal dogs. Some of them are taller than 6 feet when they stand up on their back paws
I have such a great time watching this. It is so amazing seeing these wild animals. Much appreciations everything in this universe, and thankful to the people who make positive impact in life ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏
its funny dave seems to think they are all purring and in 2019 i had some experiences that made me think all animals can actually purr and its really healthy. It fixes your bones.
Lincoln Park Zoo had two very young snow leopards. They would curl up in a corner next to the glass. So cute. My favorite zoo and it’s free. If you go to the Chicago area DON’T GO TO BROOKFIELD. They’ll close almost all of the exhibits and won’t post which ones. My adult daughter insisted we go there with her child and the only things open was one type of bear and several birds. I would mind if they posted it, but to show up and pay almost $70 was a drag, especially with a child
@ 2:35--In all fairness and TBH, over the years, I have watched, loved, and enjoyed many laughs while watching Letterman and Conan. However, when it comes to having animal experts on their shows, their answers to what seems like earnest questions about the featured animal gets stepped on and lost in the quest for a laugh from the host. It is well-understood that these two shows are hosted by comedians, and the humorous comradery works great to a point. But there should be a point where the hosts should learn to respect a brief time for the expert to answer the question. No wonder Jarod Miller and Jack Hannah always acted like they both needed Ritalin and Xanax while trying to get through their segments!😰😱
I thought Johnny Carson handled the animal shows so much better than Letterman. I learned something from Johnny's intelligent questions and Joan Embery's explanations. Yet they still managed to inject humor to make me laugh until I cried. 😂👏 Johnny was great about touching and holding most of the animals too. David rarely did and was uptight about it, really turned me off. 🤨
Every time Jack would come on the show it seemed like it was a bit. Jack rarely knew any more about a given animal than Dave. And occasionally Dave would break in with real, interesting facts about the animals. It showed us how great and informative these segments could have been. It was as if someone told Jack 'just bring animals out and it will be interesting' on his first segment and he kept with that from then on. The handlers knew more than Jack in regards to every single animal. It's confusing. Don't get me wrong the segments were always fun back in the day when this was airing on TV. You couldn't find anything more entertaining. But we would always wonder why Jack, the 'animal expert' would rarely know anything about any given animal. Interesting animals are interesting by themselves. Had Jack brought additional facts and information along with the interesting animals the segments would have been 10 times better. How is Jack so dumb but leads an entire zoo?
Well for one he ran a zoo of probably 1,500 creatures-cant know everything, and his specialty is probably not in the rarest ones he brings to display. Second, you try travelling across the country with half a zoo and performing with wild animals on live taping as a comedian makes fun of you, with a live audience laughing and squirming baby lions. Not the easiest environment to recall dozens of trivia on the spot.
People really sent them emails like that? I agree, screw them, Dave and Jack have done more for animal conservation than any of the jerks who sent those emails.

I know Jack. He is one of the kindest, most generous people you will ever meet.

Jack was always so unintentionally funny! 43:24. “You can feel one and I’ll feel one.” 😂
the look of disappointment on jack’s face at 4:40 is amazing
Oh how I loved watching all these clips, loved Letterman and Hanna from the start. Amazing nostalgia coupled with laughter!
Thank you for sharing!
I love the interaction and banter between Jack and David Letterman. Funny and also touching at times. Jack is in my prayers.

I love Jack Hanna. So naturally funny 😂
Awesome!
Anatolian shepherds are big babies idk wat they were talking about both ones that I’ve had were giant snuggle bugs
Does anyone know what the song at the very beginning of the video is? We hear the band playing a few seconds.
Nvm. Found it: Time of the Season by The Zombies.

"Yeah they're rare."
*gets bit*
"Yeah, they're going to be real rare in a minute..."
LMAO Jack was losing his cool after getting nipped.
What and where is the dog statue @ 7:06 about? 🤔
Jack always acts like he only owns one shirt. (Has to get on a plane with it)
Aww baby goats

Dave you won’t believe this first time ever on tv
best guests on letterman are jack hanna and norm
They seems to trying to stay focused and can't manage it. Funny.
Lady with the baby hyna was adorable
Take a shot every time Jack says "I bet you thought."

Mimi horses were actually breed to coal mining. They pulled the mining carts. Needed to be small for the enclosed spaces.
Geez at least they didn't use children like they did in the coal mines
Awww. I love Jack. Especially when he's with Dave. What's wrong with Jack?
Alzheimer’s.
What's wrong with Dave ? Such a bully.
Actually that was one impressive watermelon.
Show Paul the tiger ….
Paul: I am fine ..
How a durable this baby cat that acts like human baby😂
I always wonder if jack is borderline on the spectrum. I get hank hill vibes from him

Johnny Carson segments with Joan Embrey were the best. I love Dave but these visits are chaotic and frustrating to watch.

Jack Hanna doesn't know the word "ursine?" 😬

Hilarious
I wish Dave would stop interrupting Jack.
The late night talk show host brings home the kill. The lawyers circle the prey. The ex-Wife swoops in for the feast. The celebrity show host starves.
Is anyone supporting Jack Hanna? I mean are any fund raisers going on?
