Just bought a 2022 cayenne and I was quite shocked the way the dealer gave me it with the steering wheel in the state it’s in. I tried AG leather cleaner but I’ve not given it enough stick like you have in the video. Fingers crossed, I will go back and try to get a result as good as yours.
I do my 435i in the summer here in 🦘🇦🇺 Close the car up on a hot day and the AutoGlym leather balm just absorbs into the leather. I do 2 to 3 applications in one day and by the next day it feels amazing.
I’m just about to collect my 67 plate 430d gran coupe and seen from the videos that the seats and steering wheel are really shiny so really want that original matte look. How did this look a few days later, did it go fully matte again? I hate shiny 😂. Have you tried the magic eraser on the steering wheel too?
Any leather wash/soap will work for furniture and even shoes. And also leather balm/cream to protect the surface. You don't need to spend money on auto specific shit.
Except that leather is the famous cheap ass BMW "plastic leather" called Sensatec. Its nothing like the proper leather interior like Merino or even Nappa leather. The Daytona is 50-50 being plastic alike and somewhat hard.
This. Sensatec crap "leather" and / or Daytona, which is almost as crap. Cold during winter and hot as hell during summer. The only true leather interiors for BMW are Nappa and Merino ones.
Thanks a lot...Greetings from SPAIN

Nice result, look way newer.

Cleaning leather is mostly one of those things you notice by touch rather than look unless it's absolutely soiled.
