can you make a video on how to find a safe low level/ mold free living? as well as contaminated items and the process of cleaning and what can be kept. I know ERMI is a common way to know if the place is mold safe but it also can't always be replied upon. the moving part of this as been equally as stressful as my illness and I will probably have to move again at the end of this move into a smaller apartment. a lengthier video on finding housing, working with landlords, testing and contaminated items etc would be so helpful! thank you for considering, love your videos so much. So wonderful to see you on your healing journey helping others ❤

I think I had problems with mold since childhood (always getting sick in summer when we were camping for 8 weeks), but it has been getting far worse since we bought an old house, 30 years ago. The old couple who sold it from, the wife was bedridden. We were going to renovate the house and live in it during. Due to illness it took us 18 years to make every downstairs room habitable. We have mold in the house. I am really very sick because of it. We can not afford to move, we don't know how to get rid of the mold. It gets in our clothes, our linens, my shoes, anything leather. When it gets less cold I sleep in a bed in a tent covered with a bigger tent in our garden. But last year I felt the moisture in the tent had a lot of mold accumulated as well. I really don't know what to do anymore. My life force is draining away. Bloated, allergic, angio edema, hives, roseacea, exema, pain in my joints from edema, headaches, migraines, sleep apnea, breathing difficulties, chest pains, IBS, brain fog.

@@MeganGraham I gained 30 pounds over 5 months, and my doctor said, you're just old now and your metabolism is lower. I have bloating so bad my stomach has bulges in it. I don't eat much, and I've never gained more then 5 pounds up or down. Plus, I'm bedridden. But that must be because I'm old now. I'm 61, and always was thought to be 15 years younger. Hi Megan, thank you so much for your candid conversation and resource sharing around this topic. I was just recommended one of your videos and can relate to your journey in many ways. I'm in the very beginning stages of investigating whether mold toxicity has been the culprit to my declining health ( I also had some home infiltration 2 years ago) and your story and resources are not only invaluable but very hopeful. Thank you! On a not-so-related note... I learned that you were a hair salon owner and master colorist in Boston - your hair is gorgeous by the way:) Sadly, I guess you have moved away...so I was wondering if you could recommend a great professional in the area. I am not looking for the "celebrity type" hairdresser... but someone down to earth who communicates well and has an innate talent and love for what they do. I live 30 min west of Boston but I am happy to travel for a great professional. If it helps, I have shoulder-length, medium brown, wavy hair and have found that a balayage works best to brighten and frame my face. Thank you so much for any leads!! And much success to your channel!!❤

Hello thank you for taking your time to share your experience to help others. We all should be doing this. I’m a small grower being destroyed by chemical farmers. That’s my experience. I am sharing on my channel. :-) I have an house with a wood floor that has white mold, growing in the wood. We have tried refinishing it, and, it’s too bad in the wood. I’m afraid the floor will have to be replaced. I’m moving to a different house hopefully soon. I’ve lost all my furniture and most everything. Very concerned about taking anything to the new house. Like computer and TVs anything that has a heat source this white mold attaches to it. And metal or glass It just grows on it like a hard white crusty Spot. White vinegar seems to be the best to clean with that I have found so far. The reason I’m contacting you is I have three fuzzy friends and one is a dogs she won’t mind the bath but the two cats are not down with that I’ve tried :-) how can I get them clean so I’m not taking this crazy mold with me? Nobody seems to understand, or have experience with this white crusty mold. Thank you. Any help is appreciated.

Yes I have:). Make sure to wash your glass that you mix it in after you use it to mix your csm (like wash before you put it in the dishwasher. It really likes to stay on the glass and bind to everything in the dishwasher! It works very well and fast. The smell (at least of the one I took) was a lot for me, but worth it. I am going to start taking welchol soon which is similar.
Check out the links to healing cave lady where she talks about drainage. I have found it to be very important to work on drainage while I detox (like castor oil packs) link in description. Keeping those drainage pathways open helps the body to let those toxins out instead of recirculating.
      Sauna
      rebounding'breathwork
      castor oil packs
      lymphatic drainage
pooping 2x a day every day (sounds gross, but so crucial)

I can't tell you how to heal but....
in my experience, even if a dr gives me lots of supplements, I never introduce them all at once. I start one every 2-4 days with a tiny test amount (never the full dose) slow and steady wins the race.
Just take it one day at a time. You will get better, and feeling overwhelmed won't help your body heal (look in the description notes for the free primal trust ebook) I think that will help you to get into a healing state of mind. I am here for you❤️❤️

I have also been doing infared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, vitamin c iv, ozone iv and Myers cocktail and glutathione iv. So many things. Also all this caused whacked out adrenals and cortisol and low thyroid. It’s a journey. Initial mold exposure was 2.5 years ago. Got really sick for months. Then got better for a 1.5 years. So I thought but I guess it was just slowly destroying my gut. Then starting having issues again and insomnia a few months ago. Started working with functional doctors.
