  • A question that I get asked very frequently is : What I did with my possessions after leaving moldy apartment? I'm going to tell you what I did, and I will also link below to some of the items that were helpful to me in my transition/ healing from mold toxicity. It was so hard for me to find comprehensive information on mold illness and mold illness treatment, so I share as much of my journey here as I can in hopes that it will inspire others that are healing (or even just realizing that they have a toxic mold problem) how to improve their health, and that it is even possible.

@@MeganGrahamI am so glad you are feeling better! It's been a long road for you. I have hope now for my own healing! Thanks so much for that update. I am in the process of moving from a moldy home to a new rv, and it is so confusing to know what to take, how to wash it, etc. I have been using all EC-3 products and I know they have helped me. I am going very minimalist-doctors orders-and my choice for health. I wondered if you took dvds and or cds with you? I know the paper is bad, I would only take the disc, but will EC3 hurt the disc? Also, deep, plush blankets? They weren't in the moldy home, were a gift from what I believe was a clean home. They were washed in hot water with EC3 laundry detergent. I can't afford to buy all new stuff. Just launder w/EC3 regularly? They seem as bad as carpet to me, but so cozy! Thanks so much for all of your advice! Much appreciated! Let's keep healing!
*You probably know this, but make sure to have a humidity reader (keep it below 50) and above all, a de-humidifier in the rv. It's crucial to keep humidity from cooking, showers, etc. down, and reduce potential mold growth, especially in a small space.
      God bless!🙏❤
P.S. How do you use Borax, diluted how much with water? And what items do you use it for? Thanks again.

Keeping any soft furniture is never recommended and really any situation with mold. They are capable of holding air and dust puffs in and puffs out every time you sit on it. There is zero way to ever get rid of that contamination. You can dust other types of furniture that can be sprayed with a solution and wash your clothes without a problem. Soft furniture is better for you to sit on the floor than risk contaminating a new space and yourself for a couch in my opinion. Air test are not accurate and have a very high fail rate like 80%. We have walls of hidden black mold at multiple companies told me we were fine with, but luckily we trusted our gut and found so many helpful resources online. I knew something was not still right with how I was feeling. .
People get hung up on mycotoxins and mold, and it’s a huge deal. It can change you out a cellular level. But what people fail to realize is with water damage dwellings also bacteria is present. Bacteria Harbor, lots of toxins and releases endotoxins continuously. These things also need to be addressed, as well as mold.
The best way to test your envy for mold , mycotoxins and bacteria is Emma test and ermi dust test !

Also, I heard you mention something about fogging your apartment for the mold. Did you like how it worked? Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to move so I have to remediate my home. I had a horrible case of mold (first place we saw it in was in our basement walls and basement bathroom so all the drywall came down, then in my HVAC system A/c was caked in it, then in my upstairs bathroom). Had been living with all that for the past 10+ yrs). Just started treatment for it but also trying to get rid of it all along with my belongings in the basement. I forgot to tell you about one thing that has also helped with my anxiety (and sleep). Magnesium is one of THE most important minerals in he human body, and we use a lot of it to detox so many wind up with a deficiency. I rub this onto my legs and calves every single night before bed and I found it calming as soon as I started using it. Less anxiety, much better sleep too. I was more tired the first few weeks as my body acclimated to using it. I also drink "an adrenal cocktail" once a day - 4oz orange juice plus 1/4 teaspoon celtic salt plus 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter to give my body the minerals that it needs as I detox. Sweating removes lots of them...in my sauna.....and I need more salt because of the magnesium. I sear by this cream though.❤️
