I was a living dead. Existing. Thankyou for the lowdown on the patches. It seems surprisingly vague on the web page but that is prolly because the medical mafia cartel is hungry to shut down any competition. I felt the x39 start to do all sorts of stuff about 5 min into putting it on the first time. However I have always been the super sensitive one kind of like the canary in a coalmine. For the most part it doubled my stamina and efficiency while more than halfing my need for food and recovery time. Six weeks in and I started getting some inflammation in the back I used to get years ago, so I am slowing down on it for a couple days and am going to add the Icewave and AEon til things chill out a bit. Trippy things is four out of 6 people I gave it to felt a effect in the 1st day with 3 being quite good and 1 getting sudden inflammation. Do you mean the ice wave patches? I would ask the Brand Partner that signed you up for the videos on how to put it on. There are four distinct ways to use it and you probably haven’t moved it enough, or you don’t have it in the correct position. If you look at the instructions, it’s not going to tell you enough

Yes, my HRV is higher, Resting heart rate is lower and I am not having the weird racing heart beat that I was getting (it would get stuck at 145-155 when I was standing dong nothing) at all anymore. I have also not seen a red recovery in months, and I have many more green days. There was also a significant amount of months where my body temp was elevated by about 3 degrees over the normal temp at night (I think my body was burning up infections caused by the mold) and that is no longer happening. (and no, it's not the change that happens to women.) I got some significant gut issues from the black mold exposure that I had in the spring and summer, and there were some extreme issues that my practitioner is treating. I am so excited to see what the patches can do now that the issues have been targeted and are being treated. Like I always say, the patches are incredible, but treating the issues (holistically and or conventionally) as well makes a huge difference. Can't wait to see the progress over the next few months:) My Trans Growth beta was down from 34k to 17k after 4 months of Patch use. Some people will be concerned about a rebound or regression effect. Or a development of tolerance and an effect on the body’s ability to continue to make that peptide on its own. I just heard about the patch last Sunday and have been using it for the 11 hours so far. I notice the difference! I don't feel as lethargic and cloudy brain. I have just started to wear my X 39 patch I have both the X 39 and the Aeon. Do you wear both together? If so where do you place them? Help me to understand why the patches have to be replaced instead of being re used over and over by just using fresh adhesive material during reapplication. @@MeganGraham I have major back issues. Scoliosis, etc. My pain level has been up to 10+ and have been on the X39 patch for 80 days and can't feel any changes. I've also tried Aeon and Ice wave without success. I'm trying to avoid surgery.
I’m sorry, that sounds awful. I would call your Brand Partner about it and see if they have any ideas for you. That is what I do with my customers and clients. We have a conversation and I think of possible alternative ideas for them. I usually take a phone call because it’s not something that you can just throw ideas for. Lots of different possibilities. Watch my video that I did on minerals with my practitioner recently. Patches are not the only thing and if your minerals are off or if other things are off then the Patches? won’t be able to do their work. You have to have the raw materials for them to work. There’s a few other things that they can try as well. I would call them and ask what they think. Sorry that you’re not feeling comfortable, that is awful and I hope it gets better soon.
I can't give you advice on testing for you (it would be medical advice) and I honestly do not know. I have a functional Dr that decides what testing I personally need based on my symptoms and health history and she has me do different labs at different times. I have been using X39 for 1 month and I am seeing something just now ... I've been fighting liver cancer for years. I started taking the X39 last year. I only found that it helps with raising my platelets (which are critical with cancer) and MUCH better sleep.

Psoriasis for a year with 7 different creams and three different dermatologists that did not work. I refused a biopsy with the third dr. of the area. Thankyou for the lowdown on the patches. It seems surprisingly vague on the web page but that is prolly because the medical mafia cartel is hungry to shut down any competition. I felt the x39 start to do all sorts of stuff about 5 min into putting it on the first time. However I have always been the super sensitive one kind of like the canary in a coalmine. For the most part it doubled my stamina and efficiency while more than halfing my need for food and recovery time. Six weeks in and I started getting some inflammation in the back I used to get years ago, so I am slowing down on it for a couple days and am going to add the Icewave and AEon til things chill out a bit.
Trippy things is four out of 6 people I gave it to felt a effect in the 1st day with 3 being quite good and 1 getting sudden inflammation. Interesting how it affects folks differently, Two who are more hardy people and tend to be less conscious of the body like having a beer or two everynight type did not notice much.

Do you mean the ice wave patches? I would ask the Brand Partner that signed you up for the videos on how to put it on. There are four distinct ways to use it and you probably haven’t moved it enough, or you don’t have it in the correct position. If you look at the instructions, it’s not going to tell you enough

I wanted to say that when I did the silent night, it worked the very first time. I had been getting an average of 4 to 5 hours sleep per night sometimes less on a really rough night. Great video! Curious - have you seen any improvements in your Whoop data since wearing the patches (i.e., better sleep, recovery score, HRV, etc)? Thank you!
Yes, my HRV is higher, Resting heart rate is lower and I am not having the weird racing heart beat that I was getting (it would get stuck at 145-155 when I was standing dong nothing) at all anymore. I have also not seen a red recovery in months, and I have many more green days. There was also a significant amount of months where my body temp was elevated by about 3 degrees over the normal temp at night (I think my body was burning up infections caused by the mold) and that is no longer happening. (and no, it's not the change that happens to women.)
I got some significant gut issues from the black mold exposure that I had in the spring and summer, and there were some extreme issues that my practitioner is treating. I am so excited to see what the patches can do now that the issues have been targeted and are being treated.
Like I always say, the patches are incredible, but treating the issues (holistically and or conventionally) as well makes a huge difference. Can't wait to see the progress over the next few months:)

On the bright side: I just got my first stripe on my belt for jiujitsu (I was able to start training a few weeks after adding the patches) so just to be able to do that (at 47 and with all my health stuff) was amazing.

Hi there, why would you think that everything could be worse once you started wearing the patches?
Some people will be concerned about a rebound or regression effect. Or a development of tolerance and an effect on the body’s ability to continue to make that peptide on its own. These are very serious valid questions. I watched a Q&A with the CEO and they were not addressed. I still think trying them might be worth the risk, but it’d sure be nice to have a lot more clarity from people who took them for a period of time and then stopped entirely.

I just heard about the patch last Sunday and have been using it for the 11 hours so far. I notice the difference! I don't feel as lethargic and cloudy brain. I put it on at 9am and will take it off at 9pm. Question if I could take a shower with the patch or work out with the patch as my skin will be wet and the patch possibly not stick as well - or work? I have just started to wear my X 39 patch I have both the X 39 and the Aeon. Do you wear both together? If so where do you place them? I would try it in different spots and see where you like it best. Some people like to put it where they have discomfort.

You can do that. Some people wear Aeon with the X39 at the same time, other people do what you are describing.
I typically use aeon on a spot that hurts or on acupunture spot for it. How we atm I’m having fibro flare ( all over ache ). Where is best spot ?

Help me to understand why the patches have to be replaced instead of being re used over and over by just using fresh adhesive material during reapplication. If the premise of this product is it is basically a reflector reflecting your internal infrared light back into yourself to activate stem cells and nothing is absorbed through the skin what part of the reflective crystal structure actually breaks down in the patch itself?

There isn't a specific amount of time. I plan on using mine indefinitely. Some people wear them for a month for each decade of their age.

@@MeganGraham I have major back issues. Scoliosis, etc. My pain level has been up to 10+ and have been on the X39 patch for 80 days and can't feel any changes. I've also tried Aeon and Ice wave without success. I'm trying to avoid surgery.
I’m sorry, that sounds awful. I would call your Brand Partner about it and see if they have any ideas for you. That is what I do with my customers and clients. We have a conversation and I think of possible alternative ideas for them. I usually take a phone call because it’s not something that you can just throw ideas for.
Lots of different possibilities. Watch my video that I did on minerals with my practitioner recently. Patches are not the only thing and if your minerals are off or if other things are off then the Patches? won’t be able to do their work. You have to have the raw materials for them to work. There’s a few other things that they can try as well. I would call them and ask what they think. Sorry that you’re not feeling comfortable, that is awful and I hope it gets better soon.

I can't give you advice on testing for you (it would be medical advice) and I honestly do not know. I have a functional Dr that decides what testing I personally need based on my symptoms and health history and she has me do different labs at different times. Some are the same and some are different.

I have been using X39 for 1 month and I am seeing something just now ... I have had pain in my hands and feet for years to the point I have numbness and swelling I was told nothing I can do take MOTRIN or some big pharm thing that will kill my liver .. Well I think its starting to help that ... I am using the sleep patch and thought it was helping a little I have severe sleep issues and I started to think ummmm is it my new holistic vitamins or the patches well I think its the patches so I got more but not seeing any sign of it helping ... My son has this sleep issue also any suggestions you seem to really know about them and tried many . I am exhausted 2 weeks of so little sleep Im about ready to bust . I have done all the normal suggested things for sleep this is one of my last hopes ... Could the sleep patch be accumulative ? and I need to re build it ?
