As of the week of Christmas, received my pathology back, not good Gleason 10 and aggressive PC detected on all cores so throughout the whole gland. Waiting for the PMSA as there is some flares on my Iliac bone, but lymphs and bowel area outside of the prostate appear clear. So not sure if it has mets yet, but got a scary fight in front of me. So to your question what am I going to do this year. I am going to fight! Everything the medical blokes advise plus increase in physical activity (as much as I can knowing that is going to be a battle as well once treatment starts), radically modify my diet, and as you have been a great proponent of walk! Thanks Woody for being a great inspiration, god bless.
Maybe we cannot always choose the music but we can always choose how to dance to it , my aim is to dance with a smile no matter what the tune , my new mantra for 2025 , cheers Woody, happy new year. Phil
Happy new year Woody., thanks again for all your words of wisdom, living the in "the here and now" on a long journey. Scans, and more scans, for me over many years. Anyway mind yourself, god bless, keep laughing, Phil.
Great video Woody! I do New Year's resolutions each year and I find them especially helpful since living with stage 4 like yourself. I have resolved to run a triathlon as well as offering myself to several cancer organizations I participate in to be available to mentor newly diagnosed patients. Sharing our story like we do. Gotta stay positive. Can't let it beat us. And need to remember that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
Hi Woody Happy new year to you. Being a Christian has helped me immensely. Having the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ my Lord. He is the strength of my life. Havnt felt overwhelmed at any time during my stage 4 journey. Have exercised daily, eaten healthily, served my community, enjoyed my family. Taken up lawn bowls, meeting people. I plan on continuing this into this year. Cheers. Ian
Happy new year Woody,I’ve been following your cancer journey,I too have stage 4 prostate cancer,my PSA levels have been rising over last few months so they have referred me for a ct scan and a whole body bone scan next week, good luck with your scans…Kevin
Woody, in response to your question, I am not going to make any change in my motivations. I’m highly motivated because my purpose guides my cancer existence. Cancer controls my life, but my personal purpose manages it. For right now, no change needed. Blessings Woody.
Happy new year Woody! I appreciate your collective approach to dealing with prostate cancer. I hope to be more in the moment, and cutting myself some slack when things go pear shaped. It all passes like you said, the river keeps moving, trying to fight it or swim upstream doesn't cut in in our situation. Will also try to be more open minded to new situations. Again, appreciate you taking the time to connect us all. Regards Carl.

Cheers Woody, saw my consultant today she said psa was almost undetectable, so I'm really happy with that
Happy New Year Woody🎉. I am glad your PSA result was a reduction. I will be positive with my partner and do more exercise.
