The dislikes must be those that want the unsustainable quick fix lol Greatness takes time. Perseverance isn't easy. Think of creating a new habit like Training but before we get to the Body, it's re-training the mind to first acquire knowledge then put it to use, over a course of time, to produce a more healthier and natural transition than a shock to the system. Some people can do the 30day challenges, but it's often a shock to the system that's why, without determination, many people don't try. Nice, slow and natural changes, even if it's starting with diet and sleep, help with energy flow in day to day life to the point where it becomes easier to take on challenges or fulfill goals.
