  • This is a super simple vegan whipped cream recipe that tastes really authentic. Perfect to serve with scones and jam.
    The ingredients that you will need are;
    Refined coconut oil, melted
    Soy milk
    Vanilla bean paste
    Icing sugar

    This is amazing!!! Why does this not have a million views!?!?!!! I have never seen this before with all the vegan baking groups and channels I belong to ! And it came out a year ago!?!?! Well, I’m glad I found your channel 🥰

    I'm so happy you posted this recipe! I first tried it at Secret Creek with your scones and jam 😍 and it is amazing!! My non-vegan friends can guess it has a coconut base, but I usually serve this with your one-bowl passionfruit cake you have on this channel, making it very 'tropical'! Thanks again for posting this recipe ❤️

    Amazing, thanks for sharing. Is the cream stable enough for frosting? If not can you do a video on how to make vegan frosting please if possible.

    What substitute could you use if someone is alergic to soy milk?

    Would it still work if I added homemade oat milk instead of the soya milk?

      soy milk works perfect because it has soy lecithin which is a natural emulsifier(keeps oil and water together and prevents from seperating, which we want here). If you are using oat milk, consider using soy lecithin granules or liquid.

      And.... sunflower lecithin if there's a soy allergy going on

    Can we use almond milk instead of soy?will it work?

      I haven't tested this one with almond milk! I'll give it a try sometime and report back. Let me know if you try it.

    Hi! I can not see grams of ingredents. Why?

      Grams are irrelevant. She said use the same amount of Soymilk as Coconut Oil. Say 1 cup of each.

      Unless you buy a brand that is vegan :) they do exist!
