Thank you for your fast reply. I am actually using the smtav ptz camera. I bought a set with the controller but when I tried to open the controller it is not turning on even I connect it with the POE and power adapter.

No need. That is your controller issue. If you are using hsility controller, you'd better contact your controller supplier. To be honest, we don't suggest to purchase this camera, it is not a good product. Many customers returned in the end.
no puedo configurar mi camara con este controlador, he intentado de todo pero se me ha hecho imposible. Cuando le doy buscar camara solamente me aparece Dispositivo no encontrado. Pueden ayudarme. Existe algun ip donde yo pueda entrar para ver otros parametros fuera del CMS?

The controller is Onvif I think
why not try avkans ptz camera and avkans joystick, it will make your setting much easier.
