BLM standing for Bureau of Land Management in this hearing really ought to be mentioned in the description of this video.
Alternatively, consider a different acronym for this group. Even Land Management Bureau (LMB) would mitigate a lot of confusion, especially when searches will undoubtedly be performed in future.
