That is the absolute truth without any doubt. I have a copy of it on my phone but it's available on a government website. The Capital docs that govern who is responsible for everything at the Capitol building including maintenance is available and it makes it very clear the Congress is responsible for overseeing all of the maintenance at the Capitol building and they are in charge of the Capitol Police. It's specifically goes into detail about the Safety and Security of the building and even has a quote from a speaker of the house from the 1950s who was brought under scrutiny for having the National Guard at the capitol for an extended period of time. He refused to remove them from the property because he said that the Safety and Security of the building was his Soul responsibility and the National Guard was going to stay until he felt that it was safe for them to leave. At the end of the day Nancy Pelosi was ultimately the responsible party for everything that went wrong that day and yet no one is holding her accountable for her dereliction of Duty. We also have an unknown number of federal agents that were in the crowd and based on video it was made very clear that some of them were doing inappropriate things and most likely encouraging inappropriate things to happen. Thanks to news max we saw the federal agent who caused trouble outside being taken into the building and having his handcuffs removed from him inside after he must have done something inappropriate outside to get handcuffed. The director of the FBI refuses to tell us how many agents were there and what they were doing but based on video we know they did inappropriate things and we don't know how many of them caused most of the problems and encouraged the problems that happened that day. The video that we see from that day doesn't support their narrative. Based on what we know from that day it is extremely difficult for someone with any kind of intelligence to call that an insurrection. We know what an Insurrection looks like because we've seen governments from around the world that have been overthrown and the people doing it go in and they kill everyone. They show up with military hardware and weapons and the people who showed up on January 6th at the Capitol showed up without any of these things. He also just lied because they didn't kill anyone that day. The capitol police shot an unarmed Air Force veteran and that was the only person who was mortally injured that day as a result of anything that was going on. No one else died that day as a result of what happened. It is just a bold-faced Democrat lie

National Guard is subordinate solely to the President of the United States. This authority to activate the D.C. National Guard has been delegated, by the President, to the Secretary of Defense and further delegated to the Secretary of the Army. The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President.
Please look at the Washington Post 6/10/24. Nancy Pelosi says she took responsibility for turning down the National Guard on January 6th. It’s on record because her daughter video taped her mother that day. See for yourself and then ask why would she do this? I’ll tell you why? She wanted January 6th to turn into a riot! Ask also why did it get out of control? Perhaps there were instigators who weren’t Trump supporters causing most of the problems. There is evidence but the January 6th committee cherry-picked the “evidence” ! One day all the fraud & corruption will come out and the lies will be exposed. I want to see the truth. Oh & BTW Mayor of DC also turned down the National Guard.

You obviously didn’t watch many of the confirmation hearings. If you had you would have seen Sen Kennedy show several nominees to not be qualified as a Walmart greeter. Much less a federal judge. There were some that couldn’t answer a single question about the constitution. One had never even presided over a single trial. It was awful.

Ohmygawd Senator Kennedy is so cool! I just love him to bits! I had to grow up with no grandparents. My mother, being from Korea... what is now North Korea in particular. Their family chose to resist Socialism/Communism and so fled. My mom and her sisters were separated from their parents. Despite attempts to find them, they never saw them again. My father, who is Apache and Mexican had only his mother at home by the time I came around. Unfortunately, my grandmother died when I was young. I did meet her once. Anyhow, I guess I look at Senator Kennedy, with his stories descriptive metaphors, as being the grandfather I wish I could have had. I spent my first 8 years in the South, between Georgia and Virginia. So his accent and ways of speech only endear him to me. That said, I hope my sentimental mumblings are tolerated. Senator Kennedy's defense of holding beliefs made me hold him in even higher regard. I really like that he has made room in his mind for our humanity. And I utterly agree with him. It is often in the attempt to achieve some state of impartiality that human feelings and creative endeavors become vilified and eventually dismissed. And eventually the whole body/mind debate rears its unavoidable head. But that's only the least of it. So thank goodness for people like Senator Kennedy, who remind us, when it is needed, that our beliefs, our feelings, our creativity are an indelible part of us.
Go ahead and adopt Senator Kennedy for a grandparent he won’t mind. I’m sure he’d be honored. He’d make a great grandpa.
