But let's say that Kennedy, an experienced, versed senator familiar with the different parts of the federal government, who had a track record of being well respected and knowledgeable with his line of questioning, decided to ask her questions unrelated to the reason she even there, why is it she can NEVER answer any questions that actually matter to the purpose to be in front of senate?
