Mexico is not doing enough in apprehending on their side of the borders, (they might even be involved in encouraging) illegal crossings through cartels.It is not up to the USA taxpayer`s responsibility to provide jobs or other opportunities to non-citizens from other countries.Hard sentences have to be given out that are arrested for any crimes and immediately deported and not just put in jail or held.Mexican border patrol needs to be involved closer with DHS and financial penalties to Mexican business and government interests. Electronic identification (facial recognition) has to be in a universal database when caught on both sides of the border If identified first in Mexico and then in the USA a second time, lifetime ban of entry and deportation no questions or detention intervals.
