want to boggle the mind look up the missing 13th amendment of 1809 why in 1812 the british burned the records a man spent 100,000 of his own money and researched this. After finding this missing amendment then look up Article 1 section 9 clause 8..... they sure did take a lot out of it.
Well it’s pretty clear which judges were prepared and which ones weren’t. Leading me to believe that the REAL problem is that the “women of bla bla” (insert whatever virtue signaling term you want), had a MUCH easier path to success in law school. More evidence of that is the stupidity that oozes from the mouths of Kamala Harris, Joy, Reid, Sunny Hostin etc.. on a daily basis

If they could fill out the paperwork for the college loans, they get the Diploma, whether they've earned it or not.
Common sense doesn't seem to be as common as it used to be and the young ppl who will inherit this country need ppl to be direct and clear about things.
We should all expect ppl being considered at this juncture and level to know their craft, backwards, forwards and sideways.

I was appreciative one day when Kennedy asked two Trump appeals court nominees what a motion in limine was, or the purpose of a Daubert hearing. I'm not an attorney, but I knew. Neither nominee had the faintest clue. However, I've been less happy with his grilling of Biden nominees lately that seems more partisan.

Judges believe they control the entire Court House not just the Court Room. Some believe they control outside the Court House, like the public sidewalks.

But the time, expense and accessibility of getting to that court is a high water mark. You know they are going to set some crazy extreme presidents. Sanford case was about off the top of their head) should disqualify someone from being admitted to, much less graduating from, any law school. Senator I've been a judge for 22 years and I've not come across that case. They all say that it's as if they were all coached. They also all say it's my understanding that and they also say I don't recall. My ruling was partially adopted or they declined to adopt my ruling. Rather than admitting their judgement was reversed. I'd say they had a horrible coach. For the love of God, just tell the truth and admit your judgements were reversed. It boggles the mind.

The constitution is 15 pages 7 articles, if every judge applicant does not know this, I think they should. Also the idea of the Federal government is protection of the citizens not a political one.
