You've heard of The Lone Ranger, now meet The Space Ranger!
Follow the adventures of Rocky Jones and crew as they cruise the galaxy in their Orbit Jet X-V2 and defend Earth against space-bound evil doers!
This was before my time. I'm glad I found this later in life so I could enjoy it more. Im trying to catch up on all the old T.V. shows and movie shorts. Real entertainment, not like the junk on T.V. now. Just plain fun!
Awesomer Eh 💯☮️💯🫂🇨🇦.
Me Too. I find these old shows have More Imagination than anything that Stupid A.I. can come up with... I admit, it makes some pretty good 👁️🍭, but, that's all it is to me. If I used that technique, it takes away most of My Creativity. 🥺💯
☮️🫂🇨🇦❤️🔥
🕊️🗺️🌌
In 1953 very little was known about space. And obviously the writers knew less, BUT,who says science FICTION has to be accurate or believe able. Just enjoy it. Thanks for posting.🙂
Vena on my Astrophone, Many thanks
I can’t be the only one that thinks Cleolanta is hot 🔥🔥🔥
Good old 50s values a good time to have lived
After all Shultz is in the Luftwaffe., so that explains the plane.
Sally Mansfield, Vena, 1923 - Jan 1, 2001. RIP.
Not if you were poor, a woman, a person of color, gay...etc...
I agree! The economy and cost of living today is so unstable, and crime and general lack of security just keeps getting worse.
Nice to see John Banner (Bovaro) on something earlier than Hogan's Heroes as Sgt Schultz
Some good sauce here @Pizzaflix. When they dreamed of space travel in luxuriously furnished spaceships with artificial gravity, AND, if I may borrow a line from Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced BOO-KAY), room for a sauna and a pony! (British sitcom from the 70s, 'Keeping Up Appearances') I thought it was pretty ingenious to tie the story of Homer and the Odyssey into the plot!
Love these shows. Thx
I love the simple, purely fantasy-driven aspects of this. Too bad we can't get away with that nowadays -- everything is so overcooked.
Yet another Mind expand er and all around fantastic movie for all to see
The universal ticker tape translator.
I love it, pennies on another planet!!
I was always surprised why Rocky did'nt throttle little Bobby.
He's got to read the Odyssey, and write a report on it. OMG Little Bobby is majorly getting it, here.
@@jondeare Good point!
Negato, poseta. Negative / positive how quaint.
So, Vena and the other girl go on a shopping spree. And talk for hours.
The way Rocky Jones is dressed at 107:44 etc., he can easily pass as a commando in 2019 A.D. lol
It's Sargent Schultz!
At least they don't speak English.
I love it, a fire hose in outer space!!!
I love this stuff. It's the kind of film series that turned me on to sci-fi back in the 50s. Unfortunately, in the U.K. we had to go to Saturday matinees to see it. We didn't get it on TV.
If I ever lived through the atomic age The Force Invader and The Brain Detective not to mentioned C.Y.B.E.R.K.I.N.G. Jr. would not only appeared in the real movie that started Martin Luther King Jr but an animated science fiction drama short series as well.
"Sizzling Saturn, I'm madder than a hatter!"
beginning like the original Lost in Space, got the whole family.
just heard "Lost in Space" around 8 minutes, haha
This show was way before Lost in Space and it was shown episodically in the 50s on TV.
If the kid is still alive, he is over 80 years of age today. 😱😭
Unfortunately, he died in 1986...at the age of 43. The cause is unknown.
Winky? Gees I thought it was called my Doodle.
Had I been going to the Saturday matinees, I likely would have been a big fan of this series. Alas! We didn't have the money for me to go to the movies. This is written for kids, it only has to be exciting and a little hokey.
You do know that this is a TV show...right? Three 24 minute episodes cobbled together.
Rockwell Stapleton Jones IV, invariably known by his nickname Rocky, and Antonio DelPonte, even more invariably known by his nickname Winky
That was Good.
Sergant Schultz!
Brilliant as usual. Just one thing I don't get, why did the designers of the ship put the translator units in different rooms? Surely you would want to comunicate face to face!!
You are watching "Rocky's Odyssey" renamed with bad intro music.
David Higginbotham o
So the old guy is sort of Spock.
The little guy is sort of Wesley Crusher. hahaha. Just joking
The little guy is Wesley's grand father as a kid !!. This is the early 23rd century, way before Kirk's time.
Indiana Jones was Rocky's great grandfather.
How did Vena get back so fast , did she climb over that wall?.
All matter in the universe is projected by gravity. 2 moons are close to each other because the gravity forming each object is passing through the other. They are in equilibrium. They are in orbit around each other. Inhabitants of both bodies would be crushed like in a vise.
RONALD POKATILOFF l
" I know Nuuuthing ! Nuuuuuthing !!!!"
Uh, I'm just wondering if Professor Newton's first name is Fig
like what is it space 6 with Muppets . but its cool enough good film an show.
Shultzie must have a glass jaw..lol
The Professor is dressed like he’s from the 19th Century. Hahahaha! Back then we still had no idea what was on mars or the moon. We thought space was full of advanced civilizations. We thought the world would be all rockets, and, etc. i had to stoop watching this. It stinks. i am 80.
Vena was a hottie
So bad that it is funny. Like the two girls for a three way.
All aliens look like humans, it's a paradox. So all humans look like aliens.
1:09 drake hypno
Star Trek has borrowed heavily from Rocky Jones.
