Thanks to @Greg Phillips. for the recipe suggestion 👍 And especially a big thank you Greg for the copious supply of ☕ I often receive recipe requests and I will get to them. But due to my schedule, which is mainly catering to every need of my 2 year old plus daily life responsibilities, I have to plan accordingly 😆I usually make a bunch of videos ahead of time. Though most of my time is split between editing and again, being an on call butler to my baby girl 😀 By the way I forgot to mention bean sprouts in the video but yeah, there's sprouts in there 👍
After viewing your presentation, I had to subscribe ! I was trained under Madame Wu, celebrity chef to the movie stars in Hollywood. Your wonderful recipes brought back what she had taught us . Your recipes are top notch !!! Thank you again !!!
Mr Wally…… As a kid, my mother exposed us to so many wonderfully delicious dishes! As a Nutritionist and Dietician, was tasked with learning about many Countries, Cultures and Cuisines….. in order to better serve her clients. Not only did they benefit from this but our family did so as well. From Africa, to France, Asia, to South America and Europe…… we have traveled the globe one dish at a time. Her latest desire, to recreate one of our childhood faves. Moo Shu Pork! Last night (with your wonderful recipe) she was able to do just that! As I took my first bite, I was transported back to the little restaurant where I was first introduced to this dish. It’s was perfection! Each ingredient, perfectly balanced and complimenting the next. Thank you for helping her to accomplish this goal. Your recipe had all of the complexities of flavors, without being overwhelming. Thank you for this Masterpiece!👏👏👏👏 Sincerely, Dee
Thank you for another recipe. I’m “rustic” - I buy pre-packed coleslaw (shredded cabbage and carrots) to save on prep and minced/ground pork. Will add wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts and the aromatics you’ve used. 😋

You got it 👍 I will work on a recipe with tofu skin 😀 My mother makes a soup with it as well as a stir fry, both are Cantonese comfort foods. You're husband is an amazing guy foraging for mushrooms in the forest 😀
@@WallyCooksEverything Temporarily wheelchair-bound for now and dealing with the aches and pain, but I'll get through this. I'm just happy that you're movin' on up! Praying that you garner more subs!!!
Omg I need to put that on my kitchen scale. I cook GF for my son so there is always fine white powder( various starches) all over.😁😁😁😁😁 Just discovered your channel!! Can't wait to make this for dinner tonight!!! Thank you ♥️
@@WallyCooksEverything It turned out so good. The meat was so tender. My son did forego the wrappers. But I'm going to work on a gf version for next time. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
It is the same. If you live in North America or parts of Europe look for cornstarch. Otherwise in Asia it's called cornflour. Kinda like depending on where you live, gasoline is called petrol 👍

Moo shu wrapper is similar to a wrap? Much cheaper to make them yourself.
I think pork can be replaced w beef or even chicken.
Thanks for sharing
Sometimes not about cheap. More about having time to make it 😀
💜👍💜👍💜
Are these freshor dried bamboo shoots?
I used fresh because it’s easy for me to get here. You can use canned too just make sure you soak and rinse in case they add salt to it.
@ 2:33 "Not a drug scale"...hilarious! What else you cooking up, Wally?
Thanks! Not sure yet, though I have a few recipe videos I haven't had time to edit. Thanks again for watching and commenting 🙏😀
Looks interesting with good technique but website doesn’t work.
Hello, yeah I'm working on the website 😆 just don't have the time at the moment but I'm on it 👍 Thanks for watching and commenting.
corn flour??? do you means corn starch??

Stop giving away the MOO 😆
Yeah lol it was weird, I don't blame the manager for being so high strung, he had to deal with me and a bunch of other idiots working 😆
It’s because I am too lazy to make the wrapper I will probably eat it with rice. Sorry I just ruined the entire recipe. 😅
