Use a sanitized cuting tool to cut any branch and after cutting use a fungicide to save from dieback

Can you grow guava plant grown from seed in a big pot in terrace? Will it become big and difficult to manage? Any idea?

Yes, it will definitely become big but it will take time to produce fruits I.e. atleast 3- 5 years
