I know my brain is poisoned cause I when I heard “if you buy this keyboard you won’t get it until october” I thought, “Oh well that’s not too bad-“ before stopping myself because that’s absolutely a long time to wait. Anyways, it was great meeting you sunday, thanks for signing my board and doing what you do! I bet you’ll hit 1 million by the end of the year and I can’t wait to see that happen!
The keyboard is quite beautiful and the 2.4 GHz wireless option is a nice touch to the whole build. It is a pity that they censored the chip, which they use, since I want to know if the connection is on par with QK75 or Azoth boards. If it is, I will definitely purchase it, but without proper specs/tests, I'll probably wait for a QK75 rerun. By the way, I love that at least 75% keyboards get popularised more often than your usual 60-65%. I am something of a TKList myself, but 75% gets me enough buttons both for work and video games.
I love Iqunix. I have one of their prebuilt keyboards. The 65%. Even out of the box, it's super nice. At some point, I need to dampen the sound a little but for what I paid for, it's really nice.
Yes! I hate adhesives too! And not a fan of the screw holes being visible from the top, but I do like that gasket holder concept and the magnetic feet. Ultimately it was the boxy side profile that made me pass on this one. I have no idea why I'm so fixated on the side profile which I almost never get to see anyways, but I just can't get myself to buy these tofu-like case designs. :(
I just got the Iqunix gravity wave in last night. It’ll be my first mechanical keyboard and it is so impressive and so fricken’ cool just stock that I have a hard time believing I’ll ever use anything else. I really don’t know what more I’d really ask for.
I just ordered my fourth ~$100 keyboard. Literally started watching a month ago. This hobby is intoxicating. Trying to gift them off to family and friends and they dont understand the hype.
I just ordered a keyboard that you would absolutely love! Its the XVX Womier S-K71. It cost me $89.99 for a full prebuild aluminum kit!! Gasket mounted!!
It has Home/PgUp/PgDn/End all in one column, and it seems to have a great knob. These are both upgrades compared to the Keychron V1 / Q1. Otherwise, it seems pretty average.
Cool keyboard, but can we talk about that knob? I can't imagine how good the knob is if you kept rubbing it like that. Might buy this keyboard just to rub the knob.
honestly, for that price, i'd just go for something like the qk series, zoom series or jris series. I get that this is a nice board but compared to its price and how "budget" keyboards have been lately (cycle7, the keyboards i've stated previously, mkc75 and some other ones), i personally feel like you could get wayyyyyyy better value out of the other keyboards compared to this
fr this board seems like a glorified oem prebuilt with some extra touches while it’s price is basically equivalent to the zoom series, more than double the molly60 and almost double the cycle7
Ever consider doing some ranking videos? Would like to see one for 2023 keyboards and maybe another on switches. So many options and hard to figure out where they really compare with each other for price / quality etc. You have done a number of videos like "these are good options for different price points" that cover lots of kb's, but there are several videos like that, and then I try to compare kb's between vids, and well... Too complicated! Help!
I have been wanting to get an iqunix board for like 3 years I just havent pulled the trigger. Originally I was going to get an OG80 but now I am looking at the ZX75. However they have this "striker" interest check going and that thing looks awesome. Its just unique being a square frame but the board is at like a 15 degree angle. But I fear its going to be FAR outside my budget.
Wouldn't it better to put the poron dampener on the case instead on the board? I mean the case has cutout for the poron. Also, soundwise, I prefer the stock.
Hipyo always has the nicest keyboards plugged into the raunchiest dirtiest usb-c chord I've ever seen. How does a chord even get like that ? Does he take his desk off roading?
hi, unrelated to the video, but just a video idea that would be really useful to me, since money is on the tighter side for me ill likely be looking at aliexpress for all my keyboard stuff and there arent many good videos about the aliexpress switches, there are some decent comparison videos for the ttc and ktt switches, but theres very little on mmd and ciy switches and would love to see a video reviewing/comparing some of these switches for those of us who cant afford a lot of the other stuff out there.

do you have any recommendations on keycaps? I've been using mine for a little less than two months and it is already starting to feel smooth and smudging the plastic a little... These are the keycaps that came with the wooting 60he keyboard
Hi, can I ask what the difference is between zx75 and zonex 75 apart from the latter being prebuilt? Like in terms of structure and materials, or performance? The names are a bit confusing, thank you!
Hey Hipyo! I have some questions, Just got my new RK G68 (Tri-mod) I'm kinda curious if it's okay to use wired mode even if it's already full charge? They say they just have to turn off the keyboard and it doesn't affect the battery life on it. Please help me! THANKS A LOT! :)

Maybe someone here can help me out. I bought the Sense 75 with the sale on drop. Now there's a really weird ping that does not stem from the case! I know because I typed on the plate/pcb without it being installed in the case. I've never had that before, and with the tape mod and force break mod (and lubed switches) it sounds insanely good (Holy Panda X and Domikey Knight keycaps), but that pinging just ruins it for me. Any advice? I do not have the PE foam (silly me forgot to order it), but did the Hipyo mod with press'n'seal...and yes it comes with plate foam (between plate and pcb).
Hey Hipyo, I'm planning on buying the epomaker th80 se and i was wondering if i should get the epomaker flamingos or the gateron pro 2.0 blacks? I want a more thocky sound than clicky because I can't deal with loud keyboard now. If anyone else can help I would be happy.
Damn been looking for something different that was ready to order and ship, other than a Keychron. Thought this was it til I saw it was a group buy... Ugh.. Needed replacement foam for my Q2 and Keychron told me I had to just buy a entire new barebones kit for almost $200, just to get $10 worth of foam... Keychron is horrible imo since they cant even replace something as simple as the foam that comes in their boards.

Yeah as soon as he said the price, I immediately thought of the Cycle7 and almost stopped watching the videos haha.
Yeah that's basically my conclusion with the vid - but I do think it offers a bit more in overall quality compared to something like the MKC 75
