Resideo have always made those T3 stats & are using Honeywell home under licence, Easily repaired if you've lost Comms. The irony is the one you replaced is also made in Motherwell by Resideo re badged as 'center'... Great video Pahjee.
Just recently I attended a non/ poor circulation on heating Baxi HE which required an expansion vessel and diverter motor head. After ordering parts, they were fitted and I got the job back a few days after. After checking demand and activation the circulation was still poor even though the tenant stated the heating came on for a while. After isolating the iso valves to check the guaze filters it was a bit clogged so I cleaned them and refitted. After trying again it still was poor on circulation, so I booked a power flush. I was left embarrassed when I got a call stating the return valve was off and after turning on they said the heating was working.. 35 years experience and your never quite as good as you think😭😭😭
We've all done it before but you won't do it again. Always check basics 1st. All valves open, gas is on at the meter, heating temperature is turned up at the boiler. Live and learn.
Great video, please get a camera holder, watching you work with one hand is painful lol, I'm literally biting my teeth at it lol. Although u do a decent job of it anyways lol.
So many lazy engineers out there that can’t be bothered swapping over a 2 or 3 port valve because it’s open vented, do the job right to prevent a recall and upset customer
Great video great commentary 👍

Yup man made errors can be the worst ones to find because you'd never expect it!

Hi mate do you use circlip pliers for that zone valve spindle? If so what size thanks
No mate I just use 2 flat heads to push the clip out carefully
