Here is what is wrong with the stadium design for Chicago. It is exactly like the stadium for the raiders. If you are going to build a stadium, don't have it look like another stadium. The other issue, parking. Where you build the next stadium wipes out the parking that the old stadium had. Now you have no parking. Another issue, it's a pain to get to that location and a pain to get out of there. Besides that, having a stadium with a roof, no. We have always loved having football be played in the cold and we have had memorable games in soldiers field and it has worked to our advantage. Best location for the stadium is Arlington Heights because they have plenty of room for parking and everything else they want to have. Chicago really doesn't have that much room.
Thanks for sharing your detailed thoughts! 😊 The design of the new Chicago Bears stadium has definitely sparked a lot of discussions. The comparison with the Raiders' stadium is interesting, and you bring up valid points about parking and accessibility. Arlington Heights could indeed offer the space needed for expansion and easier access. Let’s see how these considerations play out in the final design! 🏟️
@MegaLomanic_Builds oh yes, go look at the video demo they have for the Bears stadium be in Chicago and then look at the raiders stadium. It is exactly identical. Instead of a torch, Bears would have George Halas statue right there in its place. The shape, design, and color of the stadium and all the glass is the same as raiders. If you are going to build a stadium, have the Bears George Halas in the outside of the stadium in concrete or in glass like 3D and have it look like he is greeting the fans or giving a yell so when you see it, you are fired up to cheer your team. This stadium should be navy blue and orange on the outside and look massive on the outside and have like a massive shoulder look to the stadium just like the people of Chicago with our broad shoulders because we work hard for our city. It should have a blue collar look to it and when you see it, you know you came to see the Bears put on their hard hats and go to work for the fans just like the fans go to work for Chicago for the love and beauty of our city. I just want this stadium to have grit and toughness but without the roof. Inside can be modern but the outside gotta have that grit and toughness and fight.
Getting this may pave the way for Olympics and FIFA world cup bringing $$$$$& to the city… if Chicago wants to be a major city of the future… get this done.. also let the Bears become a public owned team.. not family owned. If the Bears stay privately owned… then no deal.
Securing the new stadium could indeed open up exciting opportunities for Chicago, including major events like the Olympics and FIFA World Cup! 🌍🏟️ As for making the Bears a public-owned team, it could bring more community involvement and shared benefits. Let's hope for the best future for the city and its teams! 🙌💼
The NFL is pricing itself right out of business. There's a limit how much fans (and taxpayers) are willing to shoulder. $4.7B, financed over what? 40-50 years? The interest costs alone could make the true cost closer to $100B. The Bears, and the stadium, may well be long gone before it's all paid off. Madness.
It's definitely a hefty price tag for the new Bears stadium! It's a huge investment, and there's always concern about the financial implications in the long run, especially considering financing over decades. Do you think the potential economic boost and fan experience upgrades justify the cost?
It's true, to host a Super Bowl, a stadium usually needs a capacity of more than 70,000! 🏈 It will be interesting to see if the new Chicago Bears stadium plans to meet or exceed that capacity. 🏟️✨
Can you imagine what we could do with 4.7 billion dollars if we invested it in education and social programs that inner city Chicagoans struggle with? We'd be able to change the city. Forger the money for building a new stadium I say we use that money on more important things.
It's interesting to think about how a $4.7 billion investment could transform educational and social programs in inner-city Chicago. The impact on the community could indeed be significant. Do you think there's a possibility for balancing such ambitious stadium projects with community development initiatives?
Y’all are still paying on renovations on your last stadium from 2003 the stated and Governor have already said NO! Y’all already have soldier field as a diehard Packer fan the game was meant to be played in the elements. Period stick to your roots. Our stadium is the best stadium in the league right now for keeping things in shape. Over 50 years old.
It's great to hear your perspective as a diehard Packers fan! 🏈 Soldier Field certainly has its history and unique charm. The new Chicago Bears stadium plans are all about innovation and enhancing the fan experience. While some love the classic open-air elements, others are excited for the new developments. It’s awesome to have such vibrant stadiums in the league! 🏟️💪
Thanks for pointing that out! 😊 We're diving into the Chicago Bears stadium this time, but maybe we'll get a chance to explore Camp Nou's upgrades in the future too! ⚽🏟️
If a new stadium is to be built, it will be in Arlington Heights or maybe another suburb. Staying at the current lakefront site does not allow the McCaskey's to own the stadium, which is the whole point of a new stadium from their point of view, because it greatly increases the valuation of their franchise for when they finally decide to sell the team. Why should they invest $2 billion into the cost of a new stadium project on the lakefront that the city is still going to own? All of this is a ploy to get the city of AH to greatly reduce the tax burden that would fall onto the McCaskey's from them building in AH, and to also have the city of AH and cook county pick up some of the costs of the infrastructure construction around the stadium, while the McCaskey's plan to pay for the actual stadium itself, themselves.
Maybe the McaCaskeys are not very good at running at an NFL team. We have gone though several coaches and back office changes. Yet are still a bad team. What is the constant? The McCaskeys are not willing to self assess.
I agree but it's not where the NFL is going. They want to host Super Bowls. They want to host other events. No dome in Chicago? Cool. No deal on the other events. Those bring in a lot of money for the city and the venue owners. I much prefer open air BECAUSE of the unpredictability of the weather. Its just part of the experience. However, a dome is coming.
It's tough to see elements go, but sometimes strategic changes, like the Chicago Bears stadium upgrade, aim for the greater good! 🏟️✨ Let's see how this transformation benefits the team and fans alike! 😊
What the hell do you mean staying dry and protected from the elements. This ain't basketball. Football is built on being played outside and as such should be kept that way. The term football weather exists for a reason.
Appreciate your passion for traditional football! 🌧️🏈 The new Chicago Bears Stadium aims to provide a comfortable experience for fans and players alike, enhancing the overall vibe. Think of it as evolution, not replacement! 😊🏟️
Fixing potholes is definitely important, but new stadiums bring excitement and opportunities for the city too! 🚗🏟️ Let's hope they find a balance to improve both! 💪✨
Looks amazing for sure, but I think making an indoor stadium will take away the weather elements that's well known and has become a part of the environment, but then again perhaps it would be a breath of fresh air not having to sit in a blizzard...
It's a valid point! 🌨️ Weather can definitely add to the excitement, but the comfort of avoiding extreme conditions might be a nice change for fans. 😊 Plus, with the innovative design in the new Chicago Bears stadium, it could offer the best of both worlds! 🏟️⚡️
It's great to see support for projects that can bring so much excitement and community spirit! 🏟️🐻 Let's hope the new stadium brings lots of joy to fans and the community. 🎉
Building up the stadium is all about investing in the future! 🏟️ Even if the team is facing challenges now, a state-of-the-art venue can inspire growth, attract talent, and energize fans. Here's to a brighter future for the Bears! 💪🐻
It would be amazing to see the Chicago Bears find a new home in Arlington Heights! 🏟️ Let's hope for exciting updates on this mega project. Fingers crossed! 🤞
If the Bears organization pays for it without the use of public funds then sure. They are asking Illinois and Chicago taxpayers to fund a stadium that the average income citizen will probably never be able to afford to go see a football game, and if they do it will be nosebleed seats and snacks they can’t afford. They’re being asked to foot the bill to build a stadium for a team that doesn’t win championships or divisional titles. They’re being asked to pay even more in taxes to a city/state that is barely financially responsible. The people behind the project are posing a question that doesn’t make any sense since soldier field is already a venue that hosts a variety of events; the Chicagoland area has plenty of venues to round out the year round schedule. They’re trying to fundamentally change the way football in Chicago is played, outdoors on a well maintained frozen field. The only people this new stadium benefits is the team owner and the fat cats the get contracts to build it and the elected officials who get the kickbacks for permits and lobbying. Go build that monstrosity in Arlington Park and let Chicago lure a third baseball team to soldier field, they’d earn more money in on season of baseball than an entire season of bears football and would only need to minirly reconfigure the existing stadium.
You bring up some valid concerns about the funding and benefits of the new stadium project. It's essential to consider the impact on taxpayers and whether public funds should be used for such developments. Hopefully, the organization will find a balance that benefits both the team and the local community. 🏟️💰
The city and the state of already said no we’re still paying on the renovations to be done to soldier Field for the Bears if the Bears want this new stadium let them pay for it.
It's understandable why the city and the state would be cautious about funding another stadium project. If the Bears want their new stadium, they might need to take the lead on financing. 🏈💰 What do you think of the proposed upgrades?
What is this with retail space? Just add more seats. It's supposed to be a football stadium, not a mall. To rub on Bears fans. Lambeau Field has 81.441 seats.
I cant wait, and all you haters can continue your hateful thoughts. Its the big picture people. The Bears alone cannot pay it all nor generate it all. Its the other events that "can" make this worth it. Just imagine A World Cup event, Superbowls, massive concerts. Chicago wont be looked down on because of weather anymore. Itll become a pivotal point for events for people around the world. Dont hate it, give it a try.
Absolutely! 🌟 The new Chicago Bears stadium is set to be a game-changer not just for sports, but for all kinds of world-class events. 🌍 Imagine the excitement of hosting a World Cup or a massive concert right in the heart of Chicago! 🎶 It's all about looking at the bigger picture and the incredible opportunities it brings. Let's embrace the potential and see how it unfolds! 🏟️✨
Millennium Park is a beautiful example of what investment can achieve! 🌳🏙️ Imagine what $6 billion could create for the Bears' stadium. The possibilities are endless! 🏟️✨
It's understandable to feel that way! While the stadium upgrade focuses on Chicago, projects like these often aim to bring broader economic benefits, such as increased tourism and job opportunities that might spread beyond the city itself. Let's hope that it leads to positive results for the whole state! 🏟️✨

Parking can definitely be a big challenge, especially with such a huge project like the new Bears stadium! 🚗 While it might seem like a hassle now, hopefully, the upgrades will bring some innovative solutions for fans. 🏟️ Bear fans deserve a smooth game day experience! 🐻⬇️
It certainly seems like a hefty investment! 😮 But the new Chicago Bears stadium is more than just a venue-it's a hub for the community with potential events year-round beyond just game days. 🏟️🙌

If McCasky gets taxpayer money, there should be a sharing of the profits with every taxpayer, no exceptions, every taxpayer. The rooftop is really stupid, Bears play outdoors and prove their power and strength playing in subzero weather. McCasky wants cissies, not Monsters Of The Midway. I am a Packers fan, and don't really care if they build a new stadium or not. But in my opinion, it will be lame if it is not in the downtown, and if it is indoor. Downtown Chicago is one of the USA's top city skylines and urban centers. Yeah the democrats are running it into the ground, but at least is still has the cool architecture. Don't do like the 49ers and build your stadium in a different city that the team (so lame). Also, while not being as lame as a teamed named the Vikings playing inside a cozy dome, still not cool if the bears play on carpet inside. Have some grit Chicago, keep it black and blue division. When I think of a bear, I think of a grizzly on its hind legs, roaring with power. If they build a dome, then I will think of a care bear hibernating inside its fluffy dome.
I totally get your point! 🏈 Placing the new stadium downtown would definitely add to Chicago's iconic skyline. An outdoor stadium keeps that classic grit of the black and blue division alive. 🐻 Let's hope the Bears preserve that roaring power vibe and avoid the "care bear" feel! 🌟
The new Chicago Bears stadium upgrade is focusing more on creating an incredible fan experience inside the venue. Parking and nearby dining options are often addressed by the city or surrounding businesses, so stay tuned for more developments on those fronts!

#1derful!! let's go!! Beardown!!
Capacity has to be over 70,000 to host a Super Bowl

If it happens, I hope it’s in Arlington Heights.
you are not the only one!
It’s called CAMP NOU (Catalan) not CAMP
NOW
Thanks for pointing that out!

Put a dome on it the lost me it's not chicago football.
Never happen
that could work
I agree but it's not where the NFL is going.
Eliminating the elements is wrong for any team
It's tough to see elements go, but sometimes strategic changes, like the Chicago Bears stadium upgrade, aim for the greater good! 🏟️✨ Let's see how this transformation benefits the team and fans alike! 😊
You need 80-90k seats
"That would be epic! An 80-90k seat stadium would definitely amplify the game day experience for Bears fans! 🐻🏟️"
INEOS is watching this..............
They should try to fix the path holes first before thinking about new stadiums for a looser team
Domes are not good. Football is meant to be played in the elements.
Aren't the Bears also considering moving?
Honestly I wouldn’t mind my tax dollars going to the bears 😂😂😂
It's great to see support for projects that can bring so much excitement and community spirit! 🏟️🐻 Let's hope the new stadium brings lots of joy to fans and the community. 🎉
I’m from Chicago. Different team these days. So why build this to a now-struggling, losing team?!
Building up the stadium is all about investing in the future! 🏟️ Even if the team is facing challenges now, a state-of-the-art venue can inspire growth, attract talent, and energize fans. Here's to a brighter future for the Bears! 💪🐻
Build the stadium, send Mayor Brandon, and the Bears up to Anchorage.
Illinois is Bankrupt Chicago is Bankrupt. This will never happen.
I do hope they build in Arlington Heights at the Arlington Park location.
And also monster jam 0:36
This will cost about $30 million per game given the typical lifespan of the stadium and lack of use for a football stadium
That's an interesting perspective! The intricacies of stadium costs and utilization can certainly spark a lot of debate. 😄💡
They want a couple billion dollars just to add 10% more seats? Come on! It ain’t happening.
Where’s the parking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The parking details haven't been highlighted, but hopefully, they'll make parking just as epic as the stadium! 🚗🏟️
How about not making the people of Chicago pay for it.
I like Lightfoot stadium idea better
That is also a great idea!
Money we don’t have
It's definitely a massive investment! The new stadium is set to be a major highlight in Chicago. 🏟️ What do you think about the design?
$6 billion not a penny less. Please. Look no further than Millennium park
Millennium Park is a beautiful example of what investment can achieve! 🌳🏙️ Imagine what $6 billion could create for the Bears' stadium. The possibilities are endless! 🏟️✨
This will be bring in money to the Chicago area the bears need to upgrade there stadium to be world class
That’s what they always say.
What you smoking?
$50 for a miller/bud light in a paper cup.
92 million for 4.7 billion?.............nah that math aint mathing
Its not a win for everyone. If the whole state is taxed to pay for it, then people not living in Chicago will see no benefit.
It's understandable to feel that way! While the stadium upgrade focuses on Chicago, projects like these often aim to bring broader economic benefits, such as increased tourism and job opportunities that might spread beyond the city itself. Let's hope that it leads to positive results for the whole state! 🏟️✨
A superbowl is nothing to see if your team is not in it.
Even if your team isn't in the Super Bowl, the new Chicago Bears stadium upgrade is worth checking out! 😄 It's amazing to see how these innovations can enhance the game day experience for all football fans! 🏟️🔥
@MegaLomanic_Builds not really, you don't even watch the game.
Or a concert, even I see a lot of people taking pictures of the big screens.
But the one thing that I do wanna see is the Bears Stay on the lake front. Summer, fall winter. You could not beat that location
Wait KC doesn't have a new stadium yo
No parking lot it already sucks to go to a bear game cuz you have to park downtown a lot of times this will be even worse bad idea taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for a place with no parking lot
Parking can definitely be a big challenge, especially with such a huge project like the new Bears stadium! 🚗 While it might seem like a hassle now, hopefully, the upgrades will bring some innovative solutions for fans. 🏟️ Bear fans deserve a smooth game day experience! 🐻⬇️
$4.7 billion for a stadium used 6 times a year and a 25 year shelf life???
It certainly seems like a hefty investment! 😮 But the new Chicago Bears stadium is more than just a venue-it's a hub for the community with potential events year-round beyond just game days. 🏟️🙌
BJ Spritzer will only allow it if he can have free unlimited hot dogs.
Yall literally put the wrong rendering on the video
Two thing the stadium will never be build second the saduimd will not help the bears win
Uhh, fans will NOT be able to soak up the sun while being sheltered from the rain.
It's cloudy when it rains.
Duh.
The only way this would happen if the owners and the team and private sources pay without tax payer dollars.
This is marketing folks....don't be misled!
Just like a field goal attempt by the Bears, this will be blocked
Haha, let's hope the new stadium upgrade is more reliable than a Bears field goal! 🏈✨ With this massive investment, we're looking at some exciting improvements. Can't wait to see how it transforms! 💪🏟️
move it to Arlington Heights
It would be interesting to see how a move to Arlington Heights would impact the Chicago Bears and the fan experience! Would definitely be a big change from the current location.
Build a team first, then worry about the ridiculous enclosed stadium
NEVER going to happen unless the Bears pay for it all. I suppose they paid for this advertisement as well.
It's exciting to think about the possibilities of a new stadium! 🏟 As for the costs, it's always a hot topic whenever big projects are on the horizon. Let’s see how things unfold! 😊
with no parking or restaurants
The new Chicago Bears stadium upgrade is focusing more on creating an incredible fan experience inside the venue. Parking and nearby dining options are often addressed by the city or surrounding businesses, so stay tuned for more developments on those fronts!
Arlington Heights.
Arlington Heights is such a perfect spot for the new Chicago Bears stadium! 🏟️ Can't wait to see how it revitalizes the area and brings fans closer to the action! 🙌
Football was made to be played outside
This won't happen .
trust it wont
You need to win a playoff game before begging taxpayers to fund another stadium 😂😂😂
They are working on it!
Arlington will have a very nice Stadium
We do not want Taylor Swift!!! no thanks!!
you dont like Cruel Summer?
This stadium is a digital hallucination much like the team in general. It will never be built.
"It's easy to be skeptical, but the vision for the new Chicago Bears Stadium is exciting! 🏟️ Let's hope they make it a reality! 🐻✨"
